We stayed there for one night. It was clean, comfortable and very nice designed .

Our soccer team stayed here for the Alliance Cup and truly enjoyed every bit of our stay. The hotel is beautiful and kept impecable. The entire staff was phenomenal but a special thank you to Luciana, Sabrina and Mel at the front desk for being so kind and attentive. They greated us with a warm smile at every encounter and made sure all our needs were met.

Stayed one night for a mini on-site conference and can't say enough good things about our experience. The 'hotel' is so inviting. The food and bar service top-notch. The rooms are very comfortable. Wow - 5stars.

Amazing stay, it reminded me of ultra modern Corporate European Hotels. Efficient and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, impecable cleanliness.

I’m a little surprised by all the great reviews. Yes this hotel is clean and very modern interior, maybe okay for business travel but I would absolutely not recommend it for a vacation. The hotel has practically no amenities. There is no pool, it’s not close to the beach, no balconies on the rooms, no ice machine, no mini fridge in the room, no microwave in the room. Their best and only amenity is their fitness center. The included breakfast is a standard continental breakfast with powdered eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, tea. I was hoping at least to get real eggs. Daily housekeeping is pretty light. They only make the bed and replace the towels. The dried toothpaste on our sink did not get cleaned off nor did the sand on the floors get swept from when we went to the beach. The air conditioning in the room is very weak and we were never able to get the room below 75 degrees despite setting it to 69 and having the fan on high. There is nothing in walking distance so you definitely will need a rental car. Overall I was not impressed with the stay and will likely choose a different hotel next time.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms was amazing, the bathroom was amazing, the breakfast was great and the front desk lady Sanja was very professional and so kind.

This property exceeded my expectations. The first floor of the hotel was serene. The restaurant had very good food, both for breakfast and dinner. And the staff was amazing. A special thank you to Luciana, Enrique, Camila, and Miche for an amazing stay.

Amazing amazing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class and instructor available in their facility gym. Completely unexpected surprise. Visiting from NY I was ecstatic to see they offered this. Instructor is patient and kind to beginners, allowed me to train even without a gi. Also Amazing hotel, clean, and technologically advanced rooms.

Great new high tech hotel! Very clean and modern, rooms were spacious, high end with cool technology, great shower, beds were comfortable, free breakfast, beautiful bar, friendly staff, excellent gym facility with showers, sauna, lockers. Felt like I was in a futuristic sci-fi movie with all the medical devices on display, robotics and multiple high tech video screens in the lobby. Close to everything and gorgeous campus for Arthrex. Cons...sushi bar was not open during our visit; chef back in Japan! Had a late checkout, but our card didn't work when returning from the gym. Staff didn't answer the phone when called and had to go back down to the lobby desk. Bleach smell in room was strong when entering the room. They do need to replace bath towels; some old stains on two of them. Juice bar not open at the gym.

Never been to a hotel where the staff was only too happy to help, for anything. So nice and cheerful, always smiling. Super clean, giant shower (but very slick, should've had smaller tiles for the floor so that there is more grout = more grip when wet). A/C responds well but very humid, maybe this is normal in FL? While I would consider everything to be 5 stars, some criticism would be the phone not working in the room but the radio/clock could be used as a speaker phone so that was a nice work around. The toilets...are way too high. Construction is well over but I can't help but wonder if giants tested or decided the toilet height? I am 5'5 and my toe tips were just barely touching the floor. Found this very odd for such a well thought out hotel. Besides that, everything is so clean, quiet, and friendly.
