Striking a difficult balance between inconsistent housekeeping and a highly praised breakfast and prime location near I-75, guests report mixed experiences. While many praise the friendly front desk staff and comfort during a long stay, significant concerns regarding noise from nearby interstate traffic and several incidents of dirty linens have led to severe safety and hygiene warnings.
Great hotel. The entire staff is outstanding
Very nice Hampton Inn. A higher priced one, at that. However, kind of a prime location; it is super convenient to everything. Staff did not welcome, nor acknowledge me, not whatsoever. There were 2 desk clerks and didn't even look at me to say hello; nothing. I did not deduct for this as this was one instance, and have no other staff interactions and/or walk-byes to compare it to.
Broken elevators, broken equipment in gym, terrible coffee. Only easy thing was check in and check out process which we were able to do on line
Almost everything was perfect but they were playing Fox News on the lobby TV so that knocks off 2 stars. You can do better.
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Naples-I-75! The hotel was quiet and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with plenty of options to start the day right. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the room itself had everything we needed with no complaints. We did have a couple of minor tech issues with the app check-in/out and a room key reset, but the staff handled everything quickly and it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, an excellent experience; we’d definitely stay here again!
I love this hotel! It is super clean, and the staff is helpful and courteous. Michael and Jessica are very friendly and always considerate. The breakfast is wonderful, too!
Not enough help, it seemed to keep up with the general housekeeping. Floors, both tile and carpet, were almost always dirty. Trash bins on the 4th floor were overflowing with trash inside, on top and on the floor for more than 24 hours Elevators with the same dirt for over 20 days ( yes, we stayed that long while purchasing a house). Pete was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely terrible when Tiffany was in the kitchen. The eggs and bacon were always overdone ( see pictures.) I made compliants about this but nothing changed and may have even gotten worse after Pete said he talked to her about this after I showed him the eggs she was serving. Compared to the male worker ( didn't get his name), she didn't put out many bread products, and the oatmeal was like wallpaper paste. Totally over ripe bananas were among the 2 fruits that were offered. The other fruit was red delicious apples. The coffee was just plain awful to the point of me buying Lipton tea bags to drink with my breakfast. We only used the housekeeping service twice for freshening up our room. Jakinda ( I think that's her name) was super friendly, always with a smile and eager to help fulfill my request for fresh towels, etc. The parking lot just outside the entrance was littered with cigarette buts for many days as if someone emptied their ashtray there, but the butt's were from different brands and never cleaned up. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was always with dirty doorways and NEVER was cleaned for our entire stay. The room was comfortable. Bed comfortable. TV was very difficult to use. Not user-friendly at all. It's ashame I report so negatively about a hotel that could be much better if they could hire more help to keep up with general cleaning and get better help in the kitchen because it really does have potential to be a very nice place.
If you do not want to sleep, stay here. The hotel is super close to interstate. Best know that picking an odd room number will be close to interstate versus an even number room. My AC at night didn’t seem like it’s working but during the day time it works perfectly fine.
Jessica at the front desk was terrific. Al was a true gentleman. The hotel is clean and cozy! Hilton is in good hands with the staff there!
Would absolutely stay here again. It's not super fancy (could use some updates) but everything was clean, service was great and they have a good breakfast. Love the pool and pool area.
