We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately felt it was very overpriced for what you actually get. The photos online are quite misleading — the property in person looks much more outdated. The hallways are dark and very plain, and the suite kitchen felt especially old and in need of an upgrade. The staff was friendly overall, and we did appreciate being able to check in early, which was a nice plus. However, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. For example, we asked about the pool bar on Sunday and were told it wasn’t open because they didn’t have the key. When I later checked with the front desk, I was told the key had been found — but when my husband went back, he was again told they didn’t have it. It was confusing and frustrating. We also asked about a late checkout and were told it wasn’t possible due to being understaffed, which added to the overall experience feeling unaccommodating. We were charged resort fees, but there really wasn’t anything “resort-like” about the stay. The pool towels were very thin and small, and overall the amenities felt low quality. Breakfast was also underwhelming. For over $285/night plus fees, we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing hotel!??? Really reasonable price. Clean, friendly, discount available, 1.2 miles to beach 30 minutes to walk slowly. Safe neighborhoods. Lot of shopping. Couple miles, old fashion downtown. Lot of attractions. Very recommended!??????

Room wasn't all that dated, some nice work has been done, still has the old tub though. Biggest problem is the old socks smell. Also many reviews mention a washing machine or laundry room, sorry as of Feb 2026, no more. Definitely would not stay here if I was paying for with my own money. I was staying there for business so I dealt with the issues.

We stayed at this property in the past when it was a different hotel. It wasn't a good place to stay then and it isn't now either. The property is dark, dreary, dated, not clean and not nicely decorated. Carpet in halls & room is very soiled & room smells of a cover up scent but doesn't smell fresh. There is no landscaping in front of the property, but an empty corner of soil where one would expect grass, plants, shrubs or trees. I expected our stay to be better this time & thought the high room cost meant the property had been remodeled & updated. Wrong! This isn't the case. I wasn't greeted as I stood at the desk waiting to be checked in. The only conversation was to request my ID and to ask the make & color of my car. No thank you, hello, have a nice stay, nothing! There is a parking charge here, expected because I read about it but I don't understand the necessity. I can't recommend the hotel and give it a very poor rating.

AVOID!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! This hotel, and specifically our room, does not live up to the standard that I expect from Hilton, even at a "lower end" property! I have been Diamond with Hilton for nearly 30 years, and rarely have a complaint. Our shower is cold. When we reported this to the staff, they stated that the faucet in the room was known bad and would not warm up. They even said that they have regular guests that request the room because the faucet doesn't provide hot water. Staff told us that there was no other room available. They offered us a free breakfast, but that hardly makes up for cold showers. Next, when we went to the bar in the evening, we noticed that the ice was full of black debris! I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Edit: When we mentioned this to the morning staff, they gave us access to a room 2 floors above to shower. At least we can take a warm shower, but have to carry our stuff up 2 floors, shower, then return to our room. I have to give them credit for doing SOMETHING to make our situation better.

great location - close to the beach and everything naples. This hotel is old and not updated and really made my skin crawl. rooms have a smell. I would not stay here again. Staff is very nice tho.

Its 3AM, I needed a room! Nobody else answered the phone. From the moment I arrived, EVERYBODY was amazing ! Blake was on duty and he took great care of me! The room was CLEAN and QUIET !! The shower was just right! Good water pressure. The room temp was perfect and the bed.... sooo comfortable!! If you’re in Naples , this is the place to stay !!!

Hotel staff and service was great. From the front desk to the housekeeping A1 service... 5 min from the beach and the breakfast was great. Will definitely be back.

***updated: they reversed the Pet fee the same day after advising them Florida statute. My suggestion to management is to ask not assume to prevent this issue in the future. when I made the reservation I noted our service animal in our reservation as we booked thru the Hilton app. I just received a receipt for our stay with a pet fee of $70.09. We did not bring a pet. We have a service animal and as per Florida statue 413.08 service animals are not pets. I have messaged the front desk and asked for a refund of this pet fee. Pending. This is the cleanest older hotel I’ve ever been to. No wonder it’s under Hilton. Quick stay, used the Hilton app and the check in/out was great. First time using the digital key. Covered parking in the back. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room since there is a sleeper sofa, but I didn’t think to check and ask the front desk and it got late. Good location. Only reason for the 4/5 stars is no complimentary breakfast offered, which is usually a given at most hiltons. I should have read the description better. Anyway, Mel’s diner around the corner was delicious.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and young man 'in charge' very accommodating.
