Everglades Isle is a luxury RV resort praised for its exceptional hospitality, immaculate grounds, and prime location for fishing. While many guests rave about the amenities and friendly staff, concerns exist regarding accessibility issues, unexpected seasonal closures, and high fuel prices for boaters.
This place is second to none. Great Hospitality, and even very fine fishing right on the pier. I don't come any place else when I'm in the Everglades.
We called here to check fuel price and availability on a recent trip to the keys. The person who answered the phone said fuel was available. She didn't know the price, but said it was competitive. I was shocked to see it was $6.54/gallon when we turned up. By far the most we paid for fuel on the trip. Every other marina was under $5/gallon. Skip this place.
The Staff was absolutely amazing. Ann the manager was super accommodating and helpful. We were litterly one of 3 RVers here, but didn’t see anyone. Only staff. We had the rv park all to ourselves. Which meant we had the pool, gym, pickle ball, pool table and dog park all to our selves. It was surreal to have such a beautiful rv resort so empty. The Spa like bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. If you arrive after early May through October it’s off season. So no activities no tiki bar, no restaurant and no club house bar. Something that should be mentioned on their website or at the time of the reservation. Make sure you stock up on groceries and necessities as the closest store is 20 miles away. Instacart deliver. Pack a lot of bug spray and when you think you have enough pack more. The mosquitos here are on another level, which made it hard to sit outside and enjoy the waterfront view. Would love to return when everything is open.
Beautifully maintained. Big rig friendly. Only two drawbacks are little grass for dogs to ‘visit’ and the airboats are a bit noisy.
The spots are small. I found the entrance gates to be very annoying. If you're not carrying the remote with you when you leave getting back in a pain. Even if you're walking. No personnel entrance gates. Felt like we were in prison. Only entertainment was the bar. I guess if you're an alcoholic you will be happy. I think paver stones can be beautiful, but damn everything is paverstoned. And I mean everything. The price on line is misleading. Too many additional fees. Not worth the price. I would not recommend this park. Only reason I gave two stars was because it was quiet at night.
This luxury rv resort has a wonderful pool and bar area, long large pads for the motorcoaches, and an amazing staff. It's like having an extended family
This is the most AMAZING RV RESORT! The owners and staff are a class act! The Isle is exquisite and picturesque! The landscaping is lush and makes each lot very private. From entering the office to check in and meeting Sindy & Anna, to Dennis taking you to your lot, and having a wonderful week wishing it could be longer, was enjoyable & memorable! Everything that is offered from the Tiki Bar with Anthony, Clarissa, Ryan & Brent, to Saturday burrito breakfast with Dennis, to NYE dinner & live band Charlie Pace, and finishing off our last night with movie night in the theater with Brent was great!! We will definitely come back! We are blown away with the people staying here who are extremely friendly & welcoming as well! ?????? Thank you for a relaxing and fun week and celebrating New Years together..until we meet again!
This is a hidden gem of a place! Had to divert into here for fuel & was impressed by the help, facility & hospitality! We were on one engine coming from Marathon & after topping off the tanks, they offered us fuel cans in the event we found ourselves in a similar situation on the remainder of our 900 mi trip. It’s a beautiful place with great people. I hope I can visit again under better circumstances & visit for a while.
Beautiful Resort! We came in by boat which was a bit shallow but we made it during high tides. This is primarily an RV Resort but caters to the boater as well. We can't say enough about Josh who is there wearing many hats and doing and excellent job of it as well! He went over backwards to make our stay perfect, from recommendations for the best airboat grassland tour and getting us there, to highlights to see. He is positive and helpful, great guy! Loved the pool and bar, plus many events to partake of during the week. The Clubhouse is very pretty complete with free laundry and showers, another bar with a pool table, and plenty of lounging areas. The entire property is beautifully landscaped with flowering shrubs every where. Golf carts are available for rent and make visiting the nearby restaurants and museums convenient. Overall I give the Resort 5 stars, the only small negative is bearing aware of the tide if you draw more than 4' feet, 5 stars in an RV
