CHARGED $140 AND NOT GIVEN A ROOM. Arrived 2am in the morning on Sunday 05/31 and their “system was down” we tried 3 different cards to pay. Nothing went through, we stayed there for an hour+ until we decided to cancel and go to another hotel. Next day I see charges were made and they are refusing to acknowledge it. I’ve called and the manager is not giving me my money back for a service they REFUSED to provide and wasted our time. I’m demanding my money back.

My wife and I chose the Hampton Inn Naples North on Tamiami Trail to celebrate our first wedding anniversary because we have always trusted the Hilton brand and had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this stay turned into a major disappointment. We booked multiple nights and stayed in the same room for convenience. During the night, the air conditioning unit began making loud noises and stopped working properly. As a result, my wife woke up several times and neither of us was able to get a good night’s sleep on what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip. We reported the issue to the hotel staff, but the experience did not reflect the level of service we expect from Hilton. The room comfort and overall guest experience were significantly affected, and our celebration was negatively impacted. We selected this hotel specifically because of Hilton’s reputation for quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below those expectations. I hope management reviews what happened and takes steps to improve room maintenance and guest support so future guests do not experience the same issues. I would appreciate Hilton’s attention to this matter and a fair resolution for the inconvenience caused during our anniversary stay.

I really wanted to like this place because of the location, but my stay was pretty disappointing. The room felt tired and could have been a lot cleaner, and I had trouble getting a decent night of sleep due to the noise from the hallway. It is definitely not the standard I usually expect from this chain, and I think there are better options in the area if you are looking for comfort.

There was 1/2 roll bathroom tissue in the room. Literally 3 tissues in the box to blow your nose. As a lifetime diamond member they never offered water or snacks. When checking in the person behind the desk seemed bothered looking up my check in info. Not the best experience here. I stay at several Hampton Inn Locations. This one fell short for sure.

This hotel was fine, served its purpose but I wouldn’t be excited about going back. It wasn’t necessary dirty, but definitely lacked attention to detail. There were rogue hairs all over my shower (yuck), and the lamp in the photo made me feel like there’s just not a lot of care put into the hotel.

Perfect location for our needs. Handicap room with roll in shower antiquated but fully functional. Mattress on King size bed suitable and comfortable for two different tastes. The comfortable of an extra pillow each added restful sleep and breathing difficulties on my part. The television with its easy to use remote supplied us with both the Olympics and the Super Bowl. If we were in market for new one for house would purchase that brand for its features. The complimentary breakfast was delightful. The cook or hostess Lois was full of smiles, suggestions and super good at helping clumsy me. The recommended restaurant for a dinner meal was a delight. They are renovating rooms, but noise level was kept low to our satisfaction.

Ruth at the front desk was extremely helpful, pleasant and caring. Thank you for having such a great employee! The room was very clean and nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The room was a good size and very clean. There is an outdoor pool but I didn't use I it. There is a small gym room with treadmills, an elliptical, some free weights. The gym room was small but very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! They had biscuits and gravy one of the mornings, but every morning they have waffles, eggs or omelettes, juices, sausage, oatmeal, potatoes, cereal, banana, coffee, etc.

First of all, it's tough to forget this place! I can't believe the high rating. Smells like cigarettes everywhere, especially around the front desk. I commented about it, and the front desk staff had the nerve to blame it on me. I'm a pregnant woman, by the way, so that was uncalled for. He even sent management to inspect our room in the morning to make sure we weren't smoking. Like some kind of red herring to distract from his own blatantly obvious smoking. This place is trashy and rude. The pictures were photoshopped. Our bathroom looked nothing like that. It was decaying with poorly done repairs that looked like someone blind had tried to fix the broken tiles and walls and splattered wall repair patching putty all over still leaving the holes behind.

Awesome stay. If the hotel was right on the beach it would rate a 10. The staff, front desk and service staff were so friendly and helpful. They made the atmosphere outstanding. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Free breakfast. Noon checkout is a nice change of pace. No rushing to get out. I would recommend to anyone. The accommodations were above expectations but the staff really put this location above expectations.
