I have been a customer of Home2 for about three years, and it had always been a pleasant experience—but this time, it was quite the opposite. I went with my family for a two-night stay, and the first surprise was that there were no elevators, nor were there any ground-floor rooms available; they placed us on the third floor. We were told that the elevators would be fixed within a couple of hours, but that turned out not to be true; they weren't repaired until Monday. The hotel was very crowded, and the barbecue area was completely occupied, so we were unable to grill our meat. At the pool, people were drinking alcohol and behaving somewhat inappropriately. Later, we went to the lobby to ask for towels, and to our surprise, there were no towels available—neither for the pool nor for the guest rooms; furthermore, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the rooms either. It was truly a terrible experience, and I do not think we will ever return to this place.

We had originally booked at a nearby hotel and had a startling experience upon walking into the room. Home 2 Suites was fresh and clean. The room was spacious and the employees were lovely. The morning staff allowed us to get breakfast a little early so we could be on time for our event. (Shout out David and staff!) Thank you for a wonderful experience

This hotel is "eco-friendly" which sounds good, but it's an inconvenience to the customer. It is in the mid 90s and when you leave the room, the AC shuts off. When you return from your outdoor activities and open up your room door, it's hot in the room. It takes a couple hours to cool the room back down. It actually makes no sense. Now the AC has to run nonstop instead of cycling for short periods. The elevator was not working as well. Lugging everything up three flights of stairs is not what a customer expects paying 200.00 a night. We come to Naples a few times a year and typically have our go to hotel, but we chose this hotel for a change up because it's closer to our daughter, but this won't be an option after our experience at Home2suites.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The rooms are set up perfectly, and I really loved having a kitchenette so I could make my own coffee in the morning. Everything was spotless, the pool area was a great place to relax, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. It really felt like a little home away from home while I was traveling. I’m her through holidays working. I came here tonight, tired and grumpy. And I met the sweetest, most humble, most pleasant woman that I’ve met in a very long time, Joyshae. In my interaction, she made me laugh smile and realized that it was the end of the day not the beginning, and I could relax now. She was just so pleasant, and kind. I watched her with several different people that were checking in as I made myself a cup of coffee and with every person, she was just this vibrant, kind, humble woman. What a lovely lovely Young woman.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! We traveled with a football youth team and the hospitality provided exceeded expectations. The facility was clean, hosts were accommodating and extremely polite The manager had his door open when he was in the building. The hotel staff treated one another with kindness and respect. Shout out to Joyshae and Rosie!!!!

I want to say that this is an excellent hotel. Everything is clean, fresh, and feels new. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is clean, and the towels are perfectly white. We stayed with our children, and it was very convenient to have a full kitchen — a dishwasher, plates, utensils, and a microwave. Everything we needed was there. The breakfast was also very good — a full, hearty breakfast with a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We love this hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cheerfully colored with plenty of lights. Showers have lots of water pressure. The complimentary breakfast is good. There is nothing that we didn't like here!

We had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Naples I-75 Pine Ridge Road! But what truly made our experience exceptional was Tiarra. She went above and beyond in every possible way — always smiling, always helpful, and always making us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we had everything we needed and treated us like family. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. I had a great experience staying here. It’s easy to find and not far from the highway. The rooms are super large and clean. It seem to be moor on in the newer side. Lots of parking . It it’s category, it would be a 5, but my rating is on my overall hotel experience of amenities.
