We stayed at the rental villa at 365 Sharwood Dr. for nearly three months earlier this year. There were numerous problems from the outset including 1) uncomfortable, soft, mushy bedding in the master BR 2) splattered paint across the table and chair in the lanai 3) uncomfortable, rigid seating in the dining room with sparse furnishing in the entry & front patio. 4) garage that appeared like a barn full of clutter including personal items, old tiles, bathroom fixtures, unused boxes, and junk. The floor of the garage was discolored with blotches of old, spilled paint. In retrospect, the photographs of the house on the marketing web site were misleading. The owner of the property management company Keith Ponsler was insensitive and dismissive of our complaints. During our stay we were also inconvenienced with multiple repairs to the property including the garage door, the entire circuit board of the house resulting in malfunction of the AC, repair of the lanai door/screen, and hinge adjustment to kitchen cabinets. We ultimately requested to be moved to another rental unit or refunded, which Keith would not arrange. Overall our experience with Naples Vacation Properties was terrible and we would never consider renting from them again.

We recently spent 33 days at a beautiful VRBO property in Naples, and it was an incredible experience. The home itself was stunning, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Every corner of the property was well-maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The location was ideal for enjoying everything Naples has to offer. Whether we were lounging indoors, at the beautiful back yard area and pool that was perfect to host a cookout, or exploring the area, the home provided a wonderful base for our extended stay. The property’s design and amenities made day-to-day living truly enjoyable, and it exceeded all of my expectations. I gladly give this VRBO stay a 5-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable getaway in Naples. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very pretty, updated, well decorated condo. Nice river view from outside balcony. Nice pool and patio and pleasant people at the condo complex. Great walkability on nice wide sidewalks to nearby restaurants and marina. This condo is great for live music lovers as Boardroom Tavern nextdoor features live bands every night from 6-9 that can be heard from the condo , Not so great if you enjoy a little bit quieter atmosphere during these hours,

Bonita National was the friendliest gated community we have experienced. Upon registering they handed us 2-3 pages of "Club within a Club" options to contact members and experience many different activities. The home was lovely, and bright, a beautiful setting overlooking the water. Many comfortable options for enjoying the large outdoor lanai. Loved how easy it was to operate the temperature on the Hot Tub.

Keith Ponsler and Jake Ponsler aka Naples Vacation Properties are the worst agents I have ever encountered. We rented a Pelican Bay St. Marissa condo from them last year five months ahead, and the listing as it turned out was very deceptive. All the amenities were under construction which we weren't informed of until 10 days before we were scheduled to leave. We of course complained to them that we were not told there wouldn't be a pool, hot tub, fitness room, etc., and Keith's response to us was that it's our fault because we didn't ask him lol even though the zillow listing showed all the amenities were included. I tried to leave a Facebook review, but their settings don't allow it. Except for one glowing review from their father! Run from these brothers. No ethics.

Easy check in. Good communication from Host. Neat and clean house. Good stocked kitchen for cooking and eating in. Enjoyed the heated pool, bikes and beach chairs. Glad to have a washer and dryer. Happy the beach was close! Great time!

This house is not as advertised on Fewo.direkt. The garden is unkempt — it hasn’t been maintained in a long time, and many of the plants are dried out. The pool is very small, and the tiles around it are loose and unstable. There is no sunshade by the pool. The beach equipment is in terrible condition. One of the bikes is unusable, and the others are in bad shape. The covered outdoor seating area has dirty cushions and doesn’t invite you to sit and relax. It’s the same story inside the house. Some of the door stoppers have fallen off, the air conditioning in one bedroom barely works, and in the master bedroom, the ceiling fan doesn’t work at all. Some of the blinds can’t be pulled up. In the bathroom, the crank to open the window is missing. The toilet seats were loose, and the towel holders fall off when you hang towels on them. One sink was clogged. One of the TVs doesn’t get any reception. One of the dining chairs is broken — the parts for a new one are now lying in front of the entrance door. Shall i mount it? One hour after we arrived, we emailed the rental company using every address we could find. That was Saturday. It’s now Tuesday afternoon, and we still haven’t received any response! And since Monday, there have also been roofers working at the house next door — so we’ve had loud construction noise from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no prior warning. All this for around $2,170? This is a bad vacation experience!

Keith was great in his response with questions I had and the place was exceptionally clean! I am definitely gonna use this unit again for my next trip to Naples. There's no reason to look any place else people. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Mike
