I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the modern design and fresh atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well organized. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting downtown

Working with the manager, Mariza, was an absolute pleasure—her professionalism, warmth, and genuine attentiveness made coordinating such a large group effortless. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making us feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and common areas that reflect a meticulous attention to detail. Its prime location in downtown Naples made it incredibly convenient for both work and leisure, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and entertainment. From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful amenities, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. This is, without question, a hotel we will return to without hesitation. We spent three nights here exploring Naples and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The hotel served as a perfect, comfortable base for our adventures. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and highly practical, complete with a refrigerator and microwave. The pool area was a highlight – always clean, with a relaxing jacuzzi and a fun poolside bar for easy drinks. The breakfast exceeded all expectations! Beyond the basics, it included chocolate milk, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and a 24/7 coffee machine that grinds fresh beans on the spot – an incredible touch. Highly recommended for travelers who appreciate comfort, great value, and thoughtful amenities!

I was very pleased with this hotel. The location for the price is unbeatable. The beach is literally 2 miles away. The complimentary breakfast is really good when comparing it to the options that competitors such as Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, provide. The room was a bit dated, and the AC was a bit loud, but other than that, there were no significant complaints. It was clean and comfortable. The water from the shower is piping hot, and the mini fridge is very cool. The pool was nice, along with chairs, cabanas, umbrellas, and jacuzzi. The tiki bar is a nice touch as well. It was also extremely convenient and helpful that complimentary EV charging was available, especially since I live about 4 hours away. My only complaint and suggestion is to please fix the Tesla chargers. Out of the four chargers, only one was working, and it wasn't one of the Tesla ones. Luckily, I was able to use the one charger that was working, and I had the adapter for it. The other chargers are in poor condition and are no longer functional. This was the only thing preventing me from giving five stars. Overall, my family and I were very pleased with this hotel and will likely return, as Naples is one of our favorite destinations.

We are currently staying in room 309 as diamond members until Monday September 1 for my husband's birthday. The king bed is so rock hard and uncomfortable. The pullout bed, is literally 1 1/2 inch thick. How can HIX call this a suite? And in Naples especially this is so unexpected, as we have never seen a room this outdated. This is the water pressure...or lack of and the disgusting green and black shower head. Good luck getting shampoo out of your hair as a woman. The front desk told us they would have someone fix yesterday while we were out. They confirmed it was fixed when we came home but as you see its not. They also claim to not have a similar room for us to transfer to. As diamond members who stay all over the country, this us definitely the worst HIX we have been to in the past several years. The whole hotel is old, and dated. Would not recommend even for 1 night especially due to this crappy water pressure

I did a class here so I didn't see the rooms. But the lobby restrooms were clean. The conference room was clean had enough chairs and the complementary water and coffee was a nice touch. There were plenty of restaurant nearby like IHOP, Olive garden, a seafood restaurant all within walking distance even so the convenience was off the chain. Several nature trails not too far away, 5-10 minute drive, that were absolutely gorgeous to visit. Definitely checkout freedom park for a relaxing day.

Well, I don’t know why this hotel has decent reviews. My experience was not very good.. I spend one night a month in Naples And I always stay at the Holiday Inn closest to I 75 but with the construction, I thought I would try the downtown location and I’ll never stay there again. To begin with the room itself is OK except for the cockroaches and super noisy Air conditioning. In the morning I I went down to get some breakfast and brought it back to my room . When I arrived in the the room the coffee that made with kruing machine earlier that I had left on the nightstand by the bed had cockroaches crawling around on it. Needless to say I dumped my stale muffin in the trash and took my shower , now I’m sitting at Starbucks writing this. The I 75 is my go to from now on , I don’t care about the traffic. It’s worth the difference by a lot.

This is my second time visiting this hotel, and it's a great place to spend time with the family. The facility is very clean, the service is excellent, the breakfast is quality and varied, and the location is close to the beach. It's a great hotel for a vacation in Naples.
