When I arrived, my poolside balcony room that I was given wasnt even cleaned. I returned to the desk and got "upgraded" to a suite. No trash bags in the trash cans. Toilet cycles several times after flushing and no functioning exhaust fan. AC in bedroom sounds like a freight train and blows directly on the bed. But the worst was being jarred awake 3 times between midnight and 3am by a faulty fire alarm system. Welcome text upon checking in suggested replying to text with any issues. 4 messages sent without a reply. Im stuck here for one more night. Subpar establishment. Do better!

Better than a Holiday Inn express. Rooms are clean and up-to-date. Management should talk to staff handling breakfast. When you already have food in the warmers and people are waiting the person does not need to take time to block it off and continue stocking. Don't know what it is about customer awareness today but this seems to be common in every business where the customers are supposed to wait until the employees get done doing what they're doing.

Nice 3 star hotel. Clean, modern rooms. AC worked well, but was a little noisy. Old style tub, shower. Water was hot and forceful. Adjustable head. Bed was comfortable. Towels were good quality. Room had good lighting. Mini fridge works well. About a 50" tv with good selection of channels. Nice pool. Excellent price. Only $5-10 more than nearby 2 star hotels. Close to downtown. Would be a good 20 min walk to the main restaurants. Best value around. Excellent breakfast. Oatmeal, 3 cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake maker instead of waffle maker, cinnamon buns, bread station.

Our room was moldy and had no circulation. When we got to our room the door was open for ventilation, a hint we should have taken better notice of. We stayed two night and just thought that it was moist because of heavy rain. Nope, the second morning everything was moist again. There was mold on the wall. All of this we saw the last night, so it was to late to compensate. Hotel location is far from central stuff, but central is a bit weird in Naples. It really hasn’t got a center so that’s not the hotels fault. Dude at the hotel ‘tiki’ bar was pretty nice.

Check in was great! Gentleman that checked us in had older non-English speaking customers. He was so nice (spoke Spanish fluently), and took his time explaining things. He was also great to us. Pool and bar area super fun! Great gal mixing drinks! Our room was clean, everything very nice. Breakfast, INLCUDED, was good! No hidden "resort" fees, no parking fees!! $7 uber ride to 5th Ave for dinner. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the modern design and fresh atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well organized. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience.
