I had the pleasure of interacting with Brooke Daniels at the Holiday Inn Club, and she was absolutely wonderful. You can immediately tell she genuinely cares about both the resort and the guests. Her customer service is truly exceptional. I was on-site as a mobile notary assisting with a signing appointment for a couple vacationing at the resort, and Brooke went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free for the guests and for me as well. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was incredibly helpful throughout my time there. Brooke is a true asset to the resort—professional, kind, attentive, and dedicated. Experiences like this are what set a property apart. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.

Very first time on Marco Island. The drive was easy and the property was very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The newly renovated looked modern and everything was in working order. It was a quick trip. Only stayed two nights. We were comfortable and felt very safe.

The staff was so very nice and helpful. They provide beach towels and chairs and free shuttle service to all the beach locations. Grocery store right next door. Easy walking to coffee shops and other restaurants. We would stay again!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Let's start with the location. It was perfect for us. Walking distance to all the spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was fantastic. First we met Linda, at the front desk who was sooooo nice. She knew so much about the island and gave us all the local information and was so pleasant to speak with. Then Kerry, the shuttle driver, took us to the beach. The shuttle ride was great and he was a also so nice and informative. Key feature for our stay here is that they have beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas available if you need them. Kerry took us to Tigertale Beach and told us where to go for shelling. When we were done we called the front desk and they sent David the next shuttle driver. He picked us up and was also so nice. Great feature for sure. The Villa, not room, was huge. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and a huge balcony. We were mostly at the beach for 8 hours+ each day so the room was perfect for the 4 of us. The next day we met Susan the shuttle driver. She was fantastic. Such a great experience we will never forget. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and a great person. She was very helpful everytime we saw her. We actually came back early before her shift eneded to say goodbye. She and everyone there including Daniel were such a huge help to make our experience in Marco Island unforgettable. I can't say enough great things about everyone we met. It was such a good time and everything was perfect. We will be back and will ALWAYS stay here. Hotel and staff is an A+

Pros: Rooms are generously sized and well equipped. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The staff were warm and welcoming. Brooke at the front desk was especially helpful with many great recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located close to several good dining locations and shopping options, yet the area still seems quiet. Cons: Beds are very firm/hard as are the pillows. We found the bed linens extremely course as well. The bar has been converted to an ice and vending location, which was disappointing as it takes away from the resort vibe. The outside pool sprayer was dislodged from its anchoring and leaning extremely haphazardly at about a 45 degree angle, was not blocked off, and was still in use despite being a serious hazard.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt after my stay at this resort it was necessary. From the moment that I checked in, to the moment I left the resort, the staff at the sunset cove made me feel welcome and informed. The front desk was spectacular at getting me my room and great information about Marco Island. Linda was warm and welcoming at the front desk, Manny was a great help over the phone before arrival and at the resort. The check in was fast, smooth and very welcoming. The resort was clean, friendly and inviting, making me and my family comfortable and safe. The room was wonderfully renovated, it was elegant and all 3 rooms and bathrooms were spotless at the moment we came in. The view at night was amazing from the balcony and the resort and the room felt like a home away from home.

Rooms are nice service is friendly the drop off and pick up frome the beaches is very good. Small cooler and beach chairs for clients first come first served great. The grocery store next door was convenient. The only knocks so far the ice machine at the pool broke mid week probably not going to get fixed this week, the other they can't help to much the mosquitoes when the sun starts going down are no joke, maybe a couple mosquito magnets to make the hot tub a better experience after dark

Amazing! Spacious 3 bedroom condo. Fresh pool/beach towels whenever needed. Anytime you needed more Tide for the in roomWasher and dryer, the front desk Will give you more. No need to bring shampoo, conditioner or body lotion, what they provide is amazing. Winn Dixie right next door. Shuttle to the from the beach WITH beach chairs is amazing. We had Sue a lot as our driver, she was super nice! Linda at the Front Desk took care of helping book an Eco Tour which was an amazing last day adventure!

Great resort! Very convenient around local shops/restaurants and grocery stores. Rooms are spacious but the three bedroom and three bathrooms are on the ends and have more windows and more light. Bathrooms are getting remodeled this year so didn't expect much of repair if there are issues. Room was very clean. Mid week refresh crew is very efficient and they were done in 20 minutes. Pool is very nice and so is the hot tub. Pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm. We will definitely be back and can't wait.

We are loving our stay! Room is very nice. Staff- especially Dudley- is very sweet! It's a very quiet hotel, which is nice. There isn't as much to do as there is at other HVC resorts, but there's plenty within walking distance or a short drive away. This is our first time to Marco Island, and we will definitely come back. Beautiful view from the back of the hotel. Def recommend.
