Our stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, immaculate grounds, and an atmosphere that perfectly captures the relaxing luxury of Naples. What truly made the stay special, though, was the service. Ken Minke went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who cares so much about making guests feel welcome and taken care of, and Ken absolutely delivered. Between the amazing accommodations, the gorgeous beach, and the outstanding service, this was one of the best resort stays we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Naples! ??

Thought about taking one star away after they let themselves into our room when it had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door to drop off a complimentary bottle of champagne. Thankfully we weren’t there ?. Otherwise the room was mid. Nothing fancy. But the view was amazing and this property is in a great location. Love the pools and hot tub as well.

Beautiful resort with outstanding service and amazing sunset views. The rooms are well maintained and have absolutely NO ODOR, which is so rare when you're right on the water. The best part about our stay here was the service. It was exceptional from the beach to poolside to housekeeping. We were very well taken care of by a young, happy team that seemed to be always around when needed, but never hovered. We were particularly impressed with the young men who kept the beach, beach chairs, and umbrellas wonderfully maintained and orderly. A very special thank you to housekeeping, and Kim Hawxhurst in particular, for returning some serums and items that I had forgotten there in the nightstand. Housekeeping bagged and set aside everything before I even realized I had left them, and Kim kept in touch while she tracked down my items and shipped them back to me. It was a very nice cherry on top of a wonderful stay to have my favorite sleep mask come back home to me, thanks to these thoughtful ladies.

We did not stay here so I am not rating the resort however we did eat Dinner at their restaurant Baleen. The food, service and the scenery are top notch. It was a blustery evening, but we decided to keep our outdoor table because of the view. My wife and I had the Chef's Signature Special Blackened Gulf Grouper and our son had the Pan Roasted Diver Scallops. All were delicious. Our server Chris did a great tending to our table. I took one Star off due to our appetizer Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. The cocktail sauce was solidified for some reason and I returned a drink which Chris took care of, but it was fine after that. We will definitely return though because it's so nice here.

LaPlaya is one of those places that just gets everything right. The rooms are gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and genuinely luxurious—with views that stretch across the golf course and out toward the Gulf. It’s the kind of space you instantly relax into. BALEEN is the standout. Brunch on the terrace feels like a Naples postcard: sunshine, great food, and those open views of the fairway and water. And if you can catch a sunset dinner here, do it. The sky puts on a show and the whole experience feels special without trying too hard. Whether you’re staying the weekend or just popping in for a meal, LaPlaya delivers the kind of quality and atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and those unmistakable Naples views.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend! From Claude’s warm greeting as we arrived — in six different languages, always with a smile — to his going above and beyond (even checking us in himself), every part of our stay was exceptional. Mike at the front desk did everything he could to get us into our room quickly, and Autumn truly saved the night with Alka-Seltzer that helped me finally get some great rest. Our waiter, Vance from Maldova gave such a great explanation of the dishes that we ended up choosing the perfect meal. Louis, our other server, helped me score those amazing candied pecans! Out on the beach, Sam was friendly and helpful, and the gentleman managing the chairs and umbrellas (a Fort Myers local) made us feel right at home. If I were the owner of LaPlaya, I’d be incredibly proud of this staff — everyone we met was genuinely wonderful. The only thing we couldn’t make happen was the couples massage, but Anne and Theresa went out of their way to get my wife in for some much-needed R&R. Thank you again for such a great experience — we’ll definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next visit!

LaPlaya Beach Club is honestly one of my favorite spots in Naples. Every visit is made even better thanks to Jonathan, Brady and Jack. These guys are always so friendly and quick to help with anything you need. The service is always spot on – they’re polite, upbeat, and just seem to really enjoy what they do. I love how they always greet you with a smile and remember the little things, like where you like to sit or if you need extra towels. Even on busy days, they keep things running smooth and never make you feel rushed. Their good vibes and respect for guests really makes a difference. The club itself is beautiful and the beach is perfect, but honestly, it’s the staff that keeps me coming back. Big thanks to Jonathan, Brady and Jack for always making our days at LaPlaya so great. Highly reccomend!

We love Naples, and this Place is a Gem, with great location and excellent prices. The sunset is priceless, shoutout to Brady and Chaise assisting us with our orders and requests. We will definitely come back

Top tier service! Everyone is so nice, especially Brady & Chaise out by the beachside. Helped set up our chairs, cleaned them off, stopped by to check on us and everything. Will definitely be back!
