We had a great stay at the Edgewater Beach Hotel. Everything was excellent, from our gorgeous and comfortable room to the beach, pools, and delicious food and drinks. It's located in a perfect spot along the water but still in what feels like a quiet neighborhood. We had beautiful mornings running or biking around in the area, relaxing afternoons on the beach (be sure to walk the beach all the way North to the point to see pelicans, dolphins, jellyfish, egrets) and fun visits down to 5th Avenue South in the evenings. Every staff member was helpful and friendly - we would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Edgewater resort. The front desk is very accommodating and happy to help make your stay enjoyable. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We ordered lunch a couple days on the beach and the food comes out quickly. The pool and pool bar are nice as well. We booked the toes in the sand package which includes breakfast for two people (limit is $60 total) plus an umbrella, I highly recommend this package. Breakfast and lunch were very good, we did not eat dinner at the resort. We took the free shuttle to and from 5th Avenue for dinner. Highly recommend using the shuttle. You can text the resort and they will come pick you up. The restaurants at 5th Avenue are great and it's only 3 miles from the resort. The fitness center is nice and was never crowded when I went. I will definitely be back to the Edgewater resort.

My stay at the Edgewater Hotel in Naples was fantastic. The oceanfront room offered stunning views and made the experience feel truly special. One of my favorite touches was the small library on the property, since I forgot my book at home, it was such a pleasant surprise to be able to grab one and relax during my stay. The restaurant was great, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From start to finish, the experience was comfortable, welcoming, and memorable. I would highly recommend the Edgewater Hotel to anyone looking for a charming beachfront stay in Naples.

We return to the Edgewater Beach Hotel at least once a year. It's a lovely boutique hotel on the ocean with kind/cordial staff, clean/comfortable rooms - some with full kitchens and private verandas. Views of the ocean/sunsets from the beach, pool and restaurant are beautiful. Thanks to Veronica, Chef Wilson (super knowledgeable of food sensitivities), Mark (our fabulous server for years by the pool) and Taylor (temporarily at the front desk) for taking such great care of us - again! This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was breathtaking, though it came at a premium. I opted for the level below the presidential suite, which offered a kitchen, living room, and a separate bedroom with a balcony twice the size of the others, overlooking the serene water. The food was simply incredible, with each of the three meals being a culinary delight. The fillet was cooked to perfection, and the waffle with eggs for breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. The beach was pristine and relaxing, with attentive waiters who would promptly attend to any requests. All you had to do was raise the flag, and they’d be right there, ready to bring you anything you desire—be it drinks or food. I would definitely stay here again. It was an exceptional vacation, just a 50-minute drive from my home.

We had never been to Naples and the hotel was in a great location . Close to town and we were able to take long walks through the beautiful neighborhoods. Access to 5thAve was easy as the free shuttle was great The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Carlos on the beach was great as was Brian at the front desk and all staff were excellent Our room was spacious and clean . Kitchen was a plus even though we didn’t made meals but had a large fridge and microwave. We had a king suite with a view of the gulf although not oceanfront . The care of our room was exceptional. The beach was so close and easy to use The beach chairs were free to use and there was a cost for umbrellas which we didn’t need or want in December The beach was quiet at this time which was perfect for relaxing We went to the Ritz for dinner one evening and although it was beautiful and what one expects from the Ritz , the location wasn’t as convenient and having 24/7 is somewhat of a pain No fees and easy access for parking is a plus at Edgewater . It made us appreciate the smaller feel of the hotel but with all of the amenities we enjoy Will definite stay there again when we return to Naples We also understood that this time of year is much quieter so I can’t say anything about coming here in February We did not eat meals in the restaurant but the pool bar had a few items and great drinks

From the staff in the lobby to the trolley drivers this place was amazing. everyone was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Ross and Jeremy made our stay very comfortable from the very beginning. Mike behind the bar always had a drink waiting as we walked by. We had a private event one of the nights of our stay and Mr Taylor and the event staff made our event one to remember. Thanks to all of the edgewater staff for a much needed staycation.

Everything about this hotel was flawless. The rooms were super nice, the beach access was quiet and clean, and all of the amenities were great. The best part of all was the service. Everyone we spoke to throughout the stay to was very nice and outgoing and seemed happy to be there for us. Special shoutout to all the servers and bartenders for going out of their way to check with us often and make sure our little toddler had food and drinks and everything he wanted provided for him to make our stay easier on us. We just stayed for a work Christmas party here but will definitely be back to visit in the future even though we live an hour away. Thank you to all the staff here, we really appreciate you guys

We just had the pleasure of staying at Edgewater Naples hotel last week. The hotel accommodations are great! The staff is super friendly , accommodating and offer constant help. Gregory worked the bar outside by the pool and he is one of the best bartenders we ever had. Allen by the beach was also super nice, always smiling in the most hottest days ever. What a great human. The front desk is one of the nicest staff also! We had a flight cancellation and already checked out and the hotel Concerige was super helpful , looking up flights for us and made sure we were taken care of to extend our stay. All in all we really loved the hotel and the staff. I highly recommend!

Wonderful service and much attention to small details that make for a great experience and do not go unnoticed. We had a great experience and would love to return to Edgewater Opal in Naples. The front staff were particularly amazing (thank you Neil and Timera), from check in to check out. It is a very nice resort, that again pays close attention to detail and has excellent customer service.
