Very good mornings and nights in the beach

An awesome place to enjoy lunch on the beach. Great food, excellent service, perfect location.

Had a great 2 weeks, Super View and took advantage of the Pontoons available, Guest Lounge, Hot Tub & Pool. Heard from other residents how happy they are with the management and now has White Sand Beach all new. Anything we needed was quickly dealt with and my hat's off to Steve and all the Staff for a wonderful stay.

AMAZING PLACE STAFF ARE AMAZING THE VIEW ON BOTH SIDES ARE AMAZING THE POOL IS ALWAYS WARM WHICH IS AMAZING!!!! AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE ALWAYS SO NICE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE X 10000000 COMING BACK NEXT YEAR WE LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!

We bought two weeks here back in the early 80’s before this opened. Many things have changed in the area, but the beach is still the main attraction. Great place for kids and adults. And I should mention the management group here now, they seem to be very good. Through the years, there has been a few that were not.

One week stay and extremely pleased with the property, great accommodation, with the right kind of amenities and fantastic pool and hot tub with easy beach access for incredible sunsets, will definitely return !

Did not stay at a hotel or condo. Vanderbilt beach is a nice beach but can get crowded & in season parking can be a bit tricky. There is a parking garage but it's a little bit of a walk to the beach. Great place to see lettered olive shells live & "making their letters"!

RENTER BEWARE! I recommended this place to family for a week stay and I am honestly embarrassed to have done so. The entire property is under massive construction but that was tolerable if it wasn't for the terrible customer service from their personnel. I went to visit my family at Vanderbilt to drop off my son for the day to spend with them. I was approached as soon as I parked my car by an aggressive security guard telling me to leave the premises. I explained that I was dropping off my son to family staying on the property to then be told he had taken a picture of my plates and was calling a tow truck. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect and will NEVER recommend nor stay in the location again. There are a dozen beautiful locations that are much better suited and treat customers with respect and appreciation.

The beach is clean, the water is great! Realize that from Marco Island up through Cape Coral the Florida coast suffered a major blow from Hurricane Ian. Many beaches, stores, and restaurants are doing their best but may not be 100% yet. Vanderbilt beach and Harbor club are doing a fantastic job. The rear pool and hot tub are clean, quiet and refreshing. We stored our Jetski on an easy to use drive up floating ramp and enjoyed it in the Gulf everyday. Rooms were clean, shower water was hot, and the staff was beyond helpful for anything you requested. 5STARS to Denise the GM of the property! Fast internet allowed you to work in the room, by the pool, or on the beach. As an Interval International member, I would return here anytime it's available on trade.

This is our favorite beach resort in Naples. They've done an amazing job with cleaning the property and beach in front of it to reopen after hurricane Ian. It's clean, safe, and welcoming! We just spent a week there and enjoyed it tremendously. One new feature are the free rental bikes, which are brand new and very comfortable. We biked around the nearby Pelican Bay community where the streets have little traffic and a bike lane. Highly recommended!
