Fairways Inn of Naples offers a charming, budget-friendly stay in a tranquil setting with beautifully maintained tropical grounds and outdoor amenities. While some reviews highlight cleanliness and a comfortable atmosphere, particularly regarding the kitchenettes and breakfast, recurring concerns involve inconsistent shower temperatures and potential issues with room maintenance, as well as a notable problem with smoking in outdoor areas.
I was so impressed with Fairway Inn of Naples. The rooms were so clean. I had a room with a Kitchenette. It had everything I needed. Olga and Meghan at the front desk were both very accomodating so that I had everything I needed. I have medical issues and need electricity for my CPAP breathing machine. , I came here for 4 days until our electricity was restored by FPL. Fairway has an absolutely beautiful back garden and umbrella tables to eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape. I would recommend Fairway to families and out of towners! Very clean!
Very nice budget motel. Great fo the price. Big bathroom, quiet and a decent breakfast. Bottled water available in the office. My wife forgot her sweathsire and they called us right away. Nice young lady at the frount desk..
I've stayed here a few times over the years and decided to take advantage of the long Memorial Day weekend. I initially booked online, but a few weeks later, when I saw other rooms had become available, I called to change my reservation. This was an easy transaction and also reduced the price. I arrived an hour early, and I was able to check in. The room was very clean and air conditioned. The staff was very friendly. I slept really well both nights and enjoyed the breakfast options. There was a group of ~35 people who pretty much took over the pool area and surrounding grounds. I appreciate that the hotel accommodates that, but it was sort of a bummer not to have the peacefulness of the lush atmosphere that I've enjoyed in the past. Fairways will always be my go-to place in the Naples area.
Absolutely beautiful place! I love the layout with little paths and swing near the breakfast room! Room and entire place is well maintained. You can tell they care. Everyone there including staff was polite. The only thing I would just let people know, when I took a shower hot is cold and cold is hot. Not sure if this is every room or just ours. Would definitely stay again!
We had such a wonderful overnight stay at Fairways Inn of Naples and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property truly feels like a peaceful little oasis, with beautifully maintained tropical grounds that create such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was absolutely lovely—comfortable, spotless, and having a kitchenette made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The pool area was fantastic as well, with plenty of inviting seating to unwind and soak in the surroundings. The breakfast area was bright and welcoming, and the included breakfast had everything we needed and really enjoyed—such a nice touch to start the day. What made our stay even more special was how warmly our little dog, Beanz, was welcomed. It meant so much to feel completely at ease traveling with her. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, relaxing, and truly enjoyable place to stay in Naples.
The rooms were unfortunately not clean and felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo were available, but that is the bare minimum and does not compensate for the overall condition. What I find truly unacceptable, however, is the service. I accidentally left a personal item in the room that was both important to me and expensive. As we were already on a road trip, returning to the hotel was not an option. I contacted the hotel and was told that the item had indeed been found. I then asked—politely—whether they could send it to our next destination. I explicitly offered to cover all shipping and handling costs. From that point on, there was complete silence. No response at all, even after a follow-up inquiry. If the hotel was unwilling to help, I could at least understand an honest refusal. Simply ignoring a guest after confirming possession of their belongings is disrespectful and unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable and not what one should expect from any hotel, regardless of category.
We stayed at a budget hotel in Florida, and overall it was a pleasant experience for the price. The location was good, and the property had a nice, well-kept outdoor area, which made the stay more enjoyable. The room was very simple, nothing fancy, but it was clean and matched the low price, so no complaints there. Breakfast was quite basic and not very impressive, but it did include all the essentials to start the day. All in all, a good option if you’re looking for an affordable place with a convenient location and don’t expect luxury.
We spent one night at the Fairways Inn of Naples in the twin room 362. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable damp/musty odor, which made our stay difficult. We had previously requested a first-floor room due to a mobility issue (using crutches), but were told none were available, so we didn't bother asking for a room change again. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. However, the decor and especially the bathroom fixtures are quite dated. The shower was particularly difficult to operate: while the water turned on easily, engaging the showerhead was extremely difficult. It took my husband several minutes and a significant amount of force just to switch the flow from the tub spout to the shower. The hotel's location is excellent, the outdoor facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, and the woman at the reception was lovely. Overall, this is a great hotel, but the state of our specific room prevented us from fully enjoying our stay.
This is a great place to stay. We had a large block for a family wedding at The Strand. This location is close to everything (mall, beach, restaurants, Walmart exc.) The rooms had space, were clean..we had a kitchenette, but with our party..all type of rooms were used, they were clean, no one had any complaints. The breakfast is in an outside closed gazebo, with alot to choose from, the grilling area is great! We used this area and it was also very clean, the pool was heated, clean and we all enjoyed that. The front desk is amazing! The only issue was a guest had lost their room key at the wedding. Upon calling..as the front desk was closed..we had found out in the rush of the wedding, the key was left in the door, house keeping took it out and brought it to the front desk, the kind man running the hotel brought it to them at 10pm. Above and beyond treatment was given to all of us. It's a quaint place, and even with a large family , many rooms booked..not 1 complaint! The only thing I can suggest is ask for an additional key when arriving, only 1 is given, they will gladly give you another. Definitely get 5 ? from the families from Buffalo and we will be returning again!
Only good things to say about this place. The rooms were great, the kitchen had everything we needed, the mattress was super comfortable, and the continental breakfast had all the essentials. The hotel is clean and has a really nice atmosphere overall. Big shoutout to the blonde girl at the reception (Megan?!) — she was so lovely and happy to help with anything we needed. Totally recommend this hotel!
