Upon arrival we found part of the home without electric (lights not working, pool heat off, a/c not working, etc.) when we called for assistance the office was closed so we tried to troubleshoot and found breakers had tripped and was able to reset them except for the pool/hot tub heat. We spent our entire first evening scouring the home manual operating instructions for the hot tub/pool heat to no avail. It was clear that no one walked thru our unit before we arrived, there was literally two sheets of toilet paper in the primary bath and absolutely none in the other two baths, no hand soap, stains on carpet in 4th bedroom, stains and older low quality bath towels. (CNE says they give you a start pack of a few items to make you feel at home but two sheets of toilet paper isn't the norm.) No instructions for the very complicated blinds. We know what service and standards are normal in Rental homes at this price point. We have traveled to Naples over 20 times and have never had a problem that was completely ignored but this is our first time using CNE. The following morning I called the office (Kim) said she and owners were aware of the problem and that she called for repair. At this point I had no idea that we would spend our Entire 7 day stay without pool/hot tub heat making it unusable. I called CNE to get an update the next day and Kim informed me that we would not have pool/hot tub heat for our ENTIRE stay and that my call had interrupted a birthday party. We completely understand things breakdown but this is not the MICROVAVE for heavens sake it’s the “pool/hot tub use” the main attraction for coming to Florida in the winter time. We are disappointed we were not given a chance to book other accommodations PRIOR to check in, CNE and owners feel it's fine to have 7 days of no pool or hot tub heat without any reimbursement or notification prior to 5 people checking in at 4:30pm with no chance of moving every thing out. We drove 15 hours to get there the day after Christmas 12/26/24 and we were exhausted. CNE & Owners Please do the right thing by making this very disappointing situation fair for all of us. A nice phone call and and some show of empathy goes a long was in business. **We are officially requesting a reasonable partial refund and prepaid pool heat charge returned.** You knew it was broken before we checked in, Kim said the cleaners informed her!

We've been staying in CNE homes for years and Kim & Nicole never disappoint ! They will go above and beyond every time ! The homes are upscale in a beautiful gated community. We feel safe ! I know we can't go wrong and we will return again and again !

Don't let this "business" fool you! Kim & Nicole Bennett do NOT know how to treat their paying clients with professionalism and respect! To think that it is "ok" for someone to enter the house I am renting completely without any notification prior to my one month rental ending and scaring me when this person does NOT respond to me saying "Hello?" twice, is completely and 100% UNACCEPTABLE! I called CNE FIVE times with no response and then decided to leave an email as I was scared for my life as to who was in the house with me and my 90 year old mother who was in the shower. The response was "it was just the cleaning lady. She got her days mixed up". REALLY???!!! Like it no big deal especially in today's society!!! NO APOLOGY EITHER! It turns out the cleaning lady and the family who rented this same house one month earlier ALL have the same access code of 7003 to enter the house!! APPALLING! How is this even allowed/permitted? Oh, that's right, it's Kim and Michelle running the show without a care in the world for anyone's safety or concerns! There were so MANY issues with this house, too! I became the pool girl each week to keep the water full as the pool did not function correctly. There were broken blinds in the master bedroom, a bathroom sink did not work properly, a filthy front door area (which, after asking, was cleaned), packing tape over broken light switches in the master bedroom (who would think of fixing them, right - so incredibly stupid!?) and filthy/moldy windows in the living room (their response to this one was "we only clean the windows once a year after hurricane season". OMG!!!! How are they permitted to be in business! They both are incredibly rude and I refuse to allow them to get away with this when there were/are SAFETY concerns. I have 40 emails and lots of photos taken should anyone need or want proof of this. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CNE VACATION RENTAL. YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT!!!!!

Stayed in a CNE Briarwood rental in Jan 2023 with my family of 4 doctors & 2 spouses. The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed & maintained. My only problem was with the property manager, Nicole Bennet. We asked for the pool temp to be increased because of chilly weather and offered to pay for any associated costs. After several days with no response, she was unwilling or unable to accommodate. We reported seeing a spray of water coming from the side of the house and reported this to Nicole. Rather than thanking me for reporting this possible damaging problem, she quickly accused me of "stepping on some pipes" in order "to try to turn up the pool temperature". I am a retired doctor & we are 77 years of age and we have neither the ability nor the inclination to attempt to repair or alter her pool equipment. We felt these swift accusations to be insulting and untoward, and probably reflect some prior unpleasant confrontation with other undesirable guests. We took very good care of her property and unfortunately this left us with negative sentiments about CNE, and will avoid them in the future.

The best time of our lives, thank you CNE as always 6 years renting from you, and never a problem! Kim you, and your staff are great! can not wait until next year! I Am here, the years go bye fast, 7/15/19 lost track of how many years, but it just gets better working with you, Just love the one on one working with your staff. It feels like coming home to family! So easy, send the money, and get a beautiful Vacation home in Naples FL. Thank you, see you next year!
