Located in scenic Naples, Florida, Sun Retreats Naples East offers a serene escape amidst lush nature preserves.
Club Naples RV Resort presents a mixed experience, with strong community and quiet atmosphere appreciated by many long-term residents and staff. However, concerns regarding tight campsite spacing, narrow roads, and a less-than-welcoming environment for short-term visitors are frequently cited, particularly for larger RVs. The park’s location near the highway creates noise issues and presents challenges for some guests.
We received a discount of $29 / night for three nights plus a $45 resort fee. It's a beautiful RV park with a lot of long term residents. Lots of community activities and interaction. We stayed here in a 30' Class C pulling a Jeep in Site J7. The sites are really close together so that's why I only gave it 4 starts overall.
Convenient location, well maintained, and outstanding staff! The manager is exceptionally friendly and really goes out of her way to accomodate guests.
This campground is very close to I-75 if you’re looking for an overnight stay. I would not recommend a longer stay if you are a big rig and you have a dog. Check-in was quick and friendly. The entrance is wide and spacious and the pool/hottub and sports areas were clean and well taken care of. Other than the main driveway, the roads to the sites are VERY narrow. NOT big rig friendly. It takes multiple turns and reversing to navigate the corners. The camp has two dog areas next to each other that are a decent size. That being said, there is very little grass throughout the camp and virtually every small patch along the main driveway had no dog signs on them. So while the camp advertises as pet friendly, the residents expect you to exercise your pet in the designated area only.
Tightest, most cramped RV park ever. Nowhere to walk dogs except on hot pure sun roads. Dog parks small, pure sun. Most people here are residents or long term stays. More like a crabby neighborhood than a vacation vibe. 25 minutes from Naples beach. Have to be better places to stay.
I have been camping at Sun RV Resort for 13 years. I enjoy being here because people are very pleasant , friendly and it’s very quiet. The facilities are clean, The new manager is doing a fantastic job. She is very motivated in improving this beautiful parc. She is also dedicated in providing a safe and enjoyable environment. You’re within 10 minutes of downtown Naples and 15 minutes from the Golf of Mexico. There are several places to visit, biking trails are terrific and there is top of the line pickleball court in East Naples. There is 70 pickleball court and you can participate in The Pickleball US Open in April each years.
Sun Retreat Naples East has a New Manager. She is working diligently to make everyone stay pleasant and enjoyable. I have been in the parc for 13 years and I can see a major improvement since she has arrived.
I’ve been coming here for 13 years. I have made great friends here! It’s a Beautiful place and has an amazing new manager!
The lot are narrow and not so well maintained. The pool is ok, but you need a code to go to the bathroom. Close to stores and restaurant, but the highway is very noisy during the night. My husband and me will pass on the next time.
I really think and I feel like the office is like signaling me out or their racist or something because they’re always every time I pull up they’re staring at me. It’s not a how are you doing? How is your day going? How may I help you ladies in the front are always looking at me like I did something wrong and it’s very very unwelcoming, the other day I was riding with my daughter in the golf cart. I get it. She’s 12 years old. They explained to me that she couldn’t be riding in the golf cart. We talked about it the previous day I found a letter in my mail with the highlighted session Saying why my daughter couldn’t ride I think they went a little above and beyond there know that there’s people parking there all the time that shouldn’t be parking there. I don’t see any letters being left in their houses. There’s People double parking their cars at their RV sites I know they’re not getting letters either and then there’s cameras at the dog parks people letting their dogs poop and then leave it there. They’re not getting letters either but that’s OK. I’m currently looking for another place to go. and I really don’t care if they know who I am my name is BRYAN. I’m in G 28.
Sites are very close together, extremely narrow roads through the park. Most of the sites are full time residents so short timers are put up near the pool, really noisy. Hot tub was always full of little kids,
