Stayed here 4 nights last week and overall had a good experience. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The only drawback in the room was the hairdryer, oddly. It was literally like someone blowing barely hot air through my hair and it took forever to dry my hair. I realise this is a convenience offered by the hotel, but with the way this one worked (or didn't), why bother at all? Advice: bring your own hairdryer. The hotel offers a nice breakfast to guests, and the coffee was good, as well as the pastries. I had a great experience with two employees: Faith, who came to change our linens after asking twice at the front desk, but the language barrier between me and housekeeping kept them from completing that task after they came by with towels. I kept thinking she was coming back to do it, but she didn't. Faith came in late afternoon to do that for us. Thank you! The only other frustration came when I called down to the front desk the night before my flight out and asked if I could have a late check out since my flight wasn't until the evening. The young woman said yes, but I would need to come down to the front desk in the morning to request it. So the next morning I went down and asked, and a gentleman behind the desk said they had already given out all of the late check outs. Ummm ok. That would have been nice to know that they had a limited number of them. Not catastrophic or anything, but annoying that someone either didn't know that, or just failed to tell me. Another standout was Rosalyn at the front desk. Friendly, helpful, and the one who greeted us when we arrived, and the last person to say goodbye as we left. She was gracious and a great representative for the hotel. Also, I think his name is Glenn, the shuttle driver was so nice and the availability of the shuttle was great, as we didn't have to wait long for it whenever we needed it. Overall a good experience with just a few minor bumps.

We had an excellent experience at Capri Inn - in large part thanks to Brad at the front desk. There was an oversold situation which would've negatively impacted what was a birthday escape. Brad quickly took care of this issue and went above and beyond to make sure we felt special and had everything we needed for the best possible stay. Brad turned a hotel that we were only viewing as a one night place holder into a place we will proactively book for an extended stay in the future. The property itself is cute, clean, well located, and charming. You can certainly spend more in old town Naples but I'm not convinced you will have a better experience and you certainly won't have better service, thanks to Brad.

Great boutique hotel walking distance to 5th Street. Great (included) amenities like bikes, breakfast, shuttle and welcome Champagne, etc. the staff was also super friendly, efficient and responsive. The young woman at reception, the breakfast staff and a shuttle driver were amazing. The ONLY complaint was the front desk didn’t have cash available to break a $20, so tipping the staff, who were all deserving, wasn’t possible at the time.

This was our third time staying at the Capri Inn and we absolutely love this hotel. The location is great, it's a short walk to the restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. The entire staff is amazing, all so friendly and always had good suggestions on restaurants and things to do. The Capri Inn offers many amenities such as: complimentary light breakfast, cookies and cannolis in the afternoon, water bottles in the room, comfortable- easy to ride bikes, chairs, towels, umbrellas for the beach, and free shuttle service. A bonus was the complimentary bottle of wine and snack tray awaiting us in our clean, comfortable, and modern room. What an enjoyable vacation!

Best experience I have had while traveling ever. I know that is an extreme statement but everything blew resorts out of the water. Everything was so smooth, staff was so genuine/responsive/helpful, room was adorable/clean, and all amenities were complimentary- that every other place charges. Overall, so impressed.

We vacation in Naples a week each year and stay at the Capri Inn. There are so many good things to mention: the location is perfect-walkable to the park, to many great restaurants and shops. The beach is also walkable, though a bit longer. There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere within a mile. There are bikes available as a part of the resort fee. Breakfast is provided, a step above continental with some hot items and good muffins and bagels, and there are cookies available in the afternoon. Communication is excellent-texts are used to update you on the status of your reservation, upcoming events, and to inquire about your needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always get a room with a balcony because we are from Minnesota and our main goal is sunshine as a break from the winter. There is also a very warm pool. This is a small, boutique-style hotel that is perfect for us! We highly recommend it.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean hotel. The resort fees paid off as they gave us many things to make it worth it, afternoon, cookies, and cannolis, champagne, bottled water in the room every day. Free shuttles to anywhere we wanted to go in old Naples, including the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jose and Jeff for the helpful suggestions on where to go and where to eat.

Had a great stay. Reception was professional and polite, answered all of our questions. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. My wife enjoyed a welcome glass of champagne and I enjoyed a good strong cup of coffee in the morning. Free bicycle use and free guest pass to local gym.

The Capri is in a great locations - you can walk to so much. The shuttle service is great also. All employees were curteous and friendly - always asking if there was anything we needed. Room was nicely appointed and a good size with a nice large bathroom with a tub and separate shower. There is a breakfast that is included. Would stay here again.

My wife and I recently spent a weekend at the Capri Inn. First, I would have to say that this was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and professional. The shuttle service is fantastic, although the hotel is only a few minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Sunday evening they had a young lady named Amaya playing on the baby grand piano in the dining/lobby area. She was absolutely fabulous. I would definately stay at this location again.
