Rented a property through Beachside Oasis for 3/8-3/15/25. Smell in 1 bedroom when we arrived was unbearable. Closed the door to that room and our sons slept on the sofas to make it thru the night, and texted Beachside the next day. They then admitted a rodent had died in the wall of the house 3 days earlier, and it would take 4 more days for the smell to go away - a problem they and/or the owners clearly knew existed well before we arrived, but never told us or tried to find a different rental. They then offered a different house that was less expensive, which we took since the stench in the first house was just awful. Spent our first full day on vacation repacking our stuff, including all the groceries we had bought, and moving into a different, less updated house with a smaller pool and no hottub. We asked for a partial refund for our trouble and since our vacation was spent at a house that was clearly a lower value than the one we had paid for that was unusable. They kept promising (via text) that they would call us to discuss it, but they never did. Totally unethical to have allowed us to go into that house knowing the exterminator told them the smell would take a week to dissipate, and then to put us in a lower priced house and not refund us the difference after we lost a full day of vacation is unacceptable and horrible customer services.

Place was everything advertised heated pool was great for the kids!!! Bikes were a blast short bike ride to the beach. Had dolphins in the back yard one morning would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Easy check in!! Thanks again Sarah!!

Let me start off by saying I don’t normally do reviews but I felt the need to express the experience I had with Beachside Oasis. I’ve spent the last 5 years staying on Marco Island for vacation, that of which have been with multiple different companies & I have got to say this company has won my heart. It was by far been my best experience & I can thank Sarah for that. She has been an absolute rockstar, tending to all of our needs at any time & making sure we have the best experience possible. Last year I had rebooked a property on Bonita Ct with a company called Island Escapes only to find out that Sarah had left that company & branched out on her own. Needless to say I was very disappointed, she was the main reason we wanted to come back in the first place! When booking this year, I had to search high & low for our ?Superstar? who made our vacation in the past one to remember & thank goodness we found her!!! I rented the house on 1896 Calusa Ct & as expected, my family had the most amazing time. Everything about the residence, from the cleanliness & attention to detail down to the massive pool.. our family made memories they will remember forever. I just want to express how grateful we are that you started your own business & that we were able to find you again! Expect us to be lifetime clients of yours, thank you so much Sarah!! Talk soon.

Beautiful home in a perfect location to get around Marco Island. House is divided with two bed and baths on one side and two on the other with the living and kitchen area in between. Perfect set up for two families. Clean and beautifully decorated. Would recommend and stay here again!

What an excellent vacation in Marco Island, FL!!! Cozy home that is large enough to fit our growing family. Beautiful outdoor pool and patio. Super close to the beach. Sarah is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

My family rented a home through Beachside Oasis in June. Waterfront home in Marco Island. Was a great experience and Sarah was wonderful to work with. Anything we needed or questions we had, she was very quick to respond and very helpful. We have stayed in Marco many times, and this was by far our most enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Beachside Oasis and Sarah. We will be back next year.
