Very pleased with overall service. Rooms were very clean. Good variety of breakfast available. Coffee was great!

A little out of the way and the rooms were a tad dated, but the facility was clean and the price was reasonable for the area. Would stay with them again.

We stopped here for a quick overnight stay while traveling to Key West-- with no reservations made. The room we stayed in was definitely clean and very spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. It was a Monday night and it was very quiet and peaceful. The lady working the front desk was extremely helpful with answering any questions and recommendations for places to eat. We also requested a certain area of the hotel to stay, because parking was roomier in that specific area and we have a fairly big truck. The lady was very accommodating for that also-- and we were able to walk right our door to our vehicle. The area was also very well lit and pricing was very reasonable.

I was charged for a reservation that was already made and PAID for in my name. I had to pay for one room, even though TWO rooms were paid for and reserved in my name. Furthermore, there were no handsoap and paper towel in the bathroom. In addition, my sister almost had an incident with the toilet this morning before we checked out. Overall less than ideal service, save the free breakfast. Would not recommend ?

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in the area. I stayed there recently due to medical emergency, before that my mom and I and my sister we stayed there to see a concert in the area. Then we also stayed there a few years prior to that for an Al-Anon meeting that was in the area. It's a lovely hotel, with great water in pool area. The breakfast is fantastic, the restaurant staff was very graciousto let us just sit and finish our breakfast because it had closed, but we arrived prior to their breakfast ending. Rooms are very spacious and I love the little balcony with the doors. I like how the hallways are designed where it goes from tile to carpet and it's in a bend. It's such a pretty hotel, close to everything, close to fast food and restaurants, gas station. I'd like to be able to stay there again sometime. ???

It was a very good stay great service and breakfast was very nice. Very clean room and very nice location. We will be stopping here again.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Great food, prices, rooms, and service. I highly recommend staying here. My car had broken down on Alligator Alley, but I got a room ASAP.

I can't decide which of the following I liked the most: the spacious rooms with great furniture, kitchenette in every room, well lit hallways and grounds, free breakfast, a great staff, free parking, outdoor pool and spa, a pond, palm trees everywhere, great location with restaurants within easy walking distance, free morning newspaper, large screen TV's, comfortable beds, hairdryer in every room, and a business area. An ideal hotel that can't be beat. \

Bring Raid! First thing we see when we walked in the room was a small roach on the dresser. It quickly scurried away. After going out to dinner and returning there was a giant roach on the curtain. We had multiple roaches throughout our stay. We also had the counter and coffe maker by the sink extremely dirty. There was bad odor in the room, and they try and mask it with an air freshner in front of the A/C vent. We expressed our concerns to the front desk and were told to expect a call back from the general manager. It has been a week and no call back yet. I would not recommend this hotel. Very poor hygiene and non existent customer service.

I had a great experience staying at the Best Western Naples Plaza. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service from the manager, Nay. I needed to check out a day earlier than planned and was unsure how to go about getting that credited through Expedia. Nay was incredibly helpful and understanding—without any hesitation, she approved the early checkout and personally walked me through the process step-by-step to ensure I could get the credit. It made a potentially stressful situation completely stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. I would absolutely stay here again!
