Four seperate vacations to Florida, and not a single hotel have I been in where it made me want to leave a positive review. Most of the time it's a 3 star so-so hotel to sleep and off to the next spot. I booked this one thinking the same thing, and boy was I wrong. I only stayed a night but I wish I had stayed longer. This hotel surprised me in the best way possible, mind you it was a little higher priced but honestly 100% worth it. They had everything I could need and more, cups, silverware, plates, toaster, stovetop, a wonderful (AND I MEAN WONDERFUL) shower, and bed. While im not much of a hotel breakfast fan, this one had a good and varied selection of breakfast classics. While I am sad to have left, I'm glad to have found a hotel so wonderful!

Price has been too high for what the hotel offers. Breakfast was “okay”. No hot water for tea. Could not get cell service in our room. Tv or AC did not work properly. Bathroom run down and could definitely use some touch up. There are other better options.

Very satisfied with my stay. They offer covered parking(!!) in addition to the lot. The pool is kinda fancy in style and I think they offer floaties/noodles? Don’t quote me on that. + cabanas and tiki bar. There is a happy hour 3x/week with some complimentary yummies + 1 bar drink. Upon checking in, there was watermelon water - definitely haven’t seen that before, neat touch. Decent free breakfast spread - the only thing that I didn’t like is that the hot water wasn’t labeled? So I thought they didn’t offer it. They provide hot water via stainless steel(?) pitchers that I had originally mistaken for like milk or creamer . I refill my water bottles with cold water at the fountain soda area, back left :) Pet friendly, great staff, walking distance to Publix and a gym! But also, the hotel gym is decent so I didn’t bother leaving to go elsewhere. Ha! Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island by IHG. The room was very spacious and felt more like a little apartment, which was great for spreading out and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was super convenient, and the breakfast in the morning was definitely better than what you usually find at hotels. The staff were all really nice and helpful whenever I had a question. It is a very comfortable and easy place to stay if you are looking for a bit more space.

The rooms are spacious, cleaning and the beds are comfortable. The AC is not too noisy and parking is decent. The hotel needs to put more attention to the breakfast, which is really high on everybody’s list before they start the day. Offerings were hard, boiled egg, cantaloupe, and strawberries,, little dried up potatoes and spicy sausage and of course various bread options. There was also make your own waffle batter which is always dreadful. No scrambled egg, no bacon or ham. Coffee was decent.

First off I would like to say how sweet and professional Emy from the front desk was during our stay. This is the nicest hotel for the price. Definitely will be coming back, book your stay in advance because for how new they are they are already so well known. One love from California

We used this as a stop over for an early morning Key West express trip. Everyone from the check-in staff at the front desk to the breakfast crew were excellent. Rooms were very clean and the place is very convenient to restaurants as well as going to the marina. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. A very pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel!! Our room was spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly (although most of the time there was no one at the front desk when we walked by), and it is in a safe and convenient location near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The bed did have some gross stains underneath and there was a spot that looked like ? on the front of the toilet when we checked in, but other than that the room was clean. Overall we enjoyed staying here and can't wait to stay again!

Overall a diamond in the rough. Excellent team, Maxine, Jay, Stacey. The rooms are exceptional for the price, beds and sheets are comfortable, kitchen efficiency has full kitchen appliances, and utensils, plates and the essential items. The bathroom is new-ish along with how the room is decorated. So clean and spacious. Parking is free and protected from the sun. So appreciate how flexible they are about reservations. Great location.

Very comfortable, especially the bed...so comfy! The only issue was the 'storage' room next to my room was noisy w/ the housekeeping going in and out. Otherwise quite an enjoyable stay at Christmastime. More Christmas decorations perhaps would have made it even more festive! ?
