Lost stuffed rabbit. Candice was helpfull finding it in sofa bed. 8 year old very happy. Room was great for the price, and close to wolf lodge. Stay here then go to park. save a bunch. Breakfast great. Kids loved it. Will go again

We recently stayed here for one day. The hotel overall was ok for the lobby however the rooms need to be upgraded and we killed four cockroaches in our room. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned properly to where you can see rust or stains in the bathtub. Breakfast was not good enough. I have stayed at Springhill hotels before and unfortunately this was my least favorite.

We booked a king size room at the hotel through hotels.com Upon arrival we were told that the room wasn't available (hotel was fully booked for a wedding) and we were given a room with two separate beds. We refused the room and the manager said that we would be credited the $220 that we paid. We left the hotel without checking in but were never credited the promised amount. The manager, Jessica de La Garza, later wrote an apology email and reiterated that she will ensure a refund, which was never received. We followed with phone calls but never got an answer. Hotels.com claimed that since the booking was non refundable, it does not matter if we stayed or not

The sheets smell amazing. The shower was nice and hot. I love having a coffee maker in my room. The pool outside is a plus and the pillows are phenomenal. Next time. I wake up early enough to try the breakfast.

The staff were great, will be staying here repeatedly because of them. Great local staff (@kittsworld) insights!! The warm breakfast was limited but pretty good - eggs, bacon or sausage patties, egg-bite-like thingies, lol, which I did actually really like the day they had a spinach one? They had a jalapeño one that I thought was just like .. all fluff, no flavor. Oatmeal with fixings. They offer cold and hot water 24/7, coffee, tea, all right by the front door. The ground level ice machine was broken :( It is kind of “far” from everything, but I actually might prefer that. Everything is still close enough, like less than 10 mins? But I also drove in, I can see why it would be less convenient if you are relying on Ubers or deliveries. All in all, probably gonna see a lot more of me during my repeated work visits to the area :)

Overall a good experience. I have stayed at nicer Marriott associated hotels in the past.

We recently stayed again at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Naples, and once again had an amazing experience thanks to Willie. We met Willie during our stay last year, and his professionalism and kindness left such a great impression that we remembered him when we returned. This time, we arrived without reservations and weren’t sure if a room would be available. Not to mention it was a BUSY weekend Valentines/ Soccer tournaments, Willie stepped in immediately, stayed calm, and pulled through for us. His dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a big reason we’ll continue coming back. Thank you, Willie!

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Right near alligator alley. Good location

One of the better breakfast places. Real eggs for breakfast, that was a nice treat. Overall good hotel for the price.
