I had a great stay at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Naples. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Mark, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. His outstanding hospitality made a real difference and was one of the highlights of my visit. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which could offer more variety. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location. The staff and room was nice. Free warm breakfast, they had yummy sausage gravy :) Didn’t use, but liked the cabanas by the pool. The Peloton was not full-service but the fact that they had a Peloton at all was great. Also had bicycles onsite for guests, didn’t use but nice feature. I generally stay at other hotel chains, but would definitely stay here again.

I am two months into a six-month programming assignment here in Naples, Florida. Hawthorne Extended Stay was chosen as my "home away from home" for my living arrangements. My stay here has been nothing short of wonderful, with excellent service and a well-maintained living space. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and accommodating. The housekeeping and kitchen staff have also been outstanding. Whenever I encountered an issue, such as a stopped-up tub drain or a broken freezer tray compartment, the staff was quick to respond and address the problem. There was even an instance when housekeeping needed to assist, and it was resolved immediately. I received personal apologies and reassurance of quality service from both the on-site manager and the housekeeping manager. They personally came to ensure everything was taken care of again. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Hawthorne. Extended Stay. I look forward to providing an exit review once my assignment concludes at the end of August. I believe the review will simply highlight what they are already doing well. Keep up the great work that you and the Hawthorne staff are doing here in Naples, Florida.

We recently stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Naples for a youth soccer tournament. Our team travels frequently to different cities for tournaments, and hotels are usually very welcoming to families and teams. This property was also one of the designated partner hotels for the event, so it was aware that large groups would be arriving. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by one staff member, Mark, who was rude and dismissive to multiple families from our team and others. From check-in, he made comments like “I’m by myself, how do you want me to help you?” and seemed bothered by simple requests such as asking for pool towels. We understand that working alone can be stressful, but professionalism is especially important when hosting large group events like youth tournaments. That said, the rest of the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool was enjoyable, and breakfast was great.

Mark at the front desk was fantastic! We had a wonderful experience here during our staycation in Naples. The pool was great, and the jacuzzis were incredibly hot and powerful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return for another staycation. Mark was incredibly helpful in managing a situation where our neighbors were causing issues. He was more than happy to assist us and even gave us another room that was bigger and located on the other side of the property, so our problems would be resolved. And everyone at the property was fantastic! I was impressed on how well maintained clean the property is.

I stayed in a king suite while my family was using my condominium across the street and this was like a home away from home..except i didn't have to clean or cook... The housekeeping staff was amazing.The complimentary breakfast was excellent.A hot breakfast every morning... Coffee/tea available all day.. Wednesdays Offer complimentary happy hour drinks and food. The food was unexpectedly good... Burgers pulled pork baked beans etc etc. Not just snacks but a meal for a family ... Wine and beer and soft drinks all complementary... This hotel experience exceeded my expectations... The manager Leeann could not have been more helpful... She accommodated me in every way. Mark was also willing to help in every way... I am a retired business executive and my husband is a disabled veteran and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am planning on staying here again in the summer based on my excellent experience here in march.. Highly recommend this property

We needed a place to stay while renovating our home. We were thrilled with our experience here. They provided everything we needed for an extended stay. The front desk staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Great pool and exercise room. And the breakfast was fabulous!

Great room and breakfast was a good bonus.The price was nice being it was Christmas week.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Nice breakfast buffet, always clean, and friendly staff. They have food, beer and wine one night a week. Nice touch, if you don't feel like going out. The WORST thing for me: I was in a room that was near a door to the outside, and every morning, there would be people leaving around 6 to 7 am, and that outside door would be slamming. This was January 2025. Apparently some people were being housed there by FEMA (hurricane victims), and I guess they were leaving for work. I told the front desk, they did have maintenance look at it, but said the door closure mechanism was operating correctly. Pool is unheated, but you can sit outside in the sun in the big pool area, however, the pool chairs have no padding on them.

We stayed in a two queen room. Tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. You could barely put a child’s pack and play between the two beds. It was quiet and clean. Just no room to move around at all. The person at the desk even warned us of how small it was. Won’t stay here again. I guess the king room with pull out couch is bigger but that didn’t work in our situation.
