WoodSpring Suites Naples West hosts a polarized guest base with reports of severe cleanliness issues like roaches and rodent traps, alongside equally volatile incidents of verbal abuse from front desk staff. Despite a few positive mentions of a specific team of long-term employees, multiple guests have described the property as dangerous, disorganized, and unsanitary.

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm with a confirmed Expedia reservation and they refused to honor it initially. I had to get Expedia on the phone and then somehow they miraculously were able to find us a room for the night. Management seems to be seriously disorganized.

To Crystal: Good afternoon, this is today's first review, 02/14/2026: With a reservation confirmed three weeks in advance and a "promise" of early check-in at 11:00 am, we were greeted by the rudest and most discourteous person any hotel could have at the front desk. Her name is Crystal From the moment we mentioned the possibility offered by a hotel agent (not invented by us), she did her best to yell and mistreat us, emphasizing the 3:00 pm check-in policy (which we understand perfectly) and showing no interest in knowing who we had spoken to. I mentioned her poor customer service (zero customer service skills), which was a lot, but she escalated the discussion. I asked to speak to her supervisor and her best and poorest option was to turn around and leave us waiting at the front desk. I'm not here to be an example, but I work with customers every day, and someone definitely needs to take action. I'm very sorry about the employee's attitude on a special day like today. She definitely didn't ruin mine, but she needs some love outside of that place.

Whatever you do, don’t stay here. You are better off in your car. No one at front desk. Rooms are disgusting. Everything smells. Nothing works. The employees must get paid 5$ an hour cause they are rude; unintelligent; not helpful. This place does not belong in Naples. We didn’t stay and I’ll be calling for my money back. The front desk employee was outside smoking, I asked him questions and if he could show me at the desk, he refused to get up.

I made a reservation at this hotel for January 3 and 4 asking for an ADA room With a roll-in-shower. When I arrived at thw hotel I called to ensure my room was ready, only to be told by a very young Hispanic and very rude man that the hotel was sold out and that they had no ADA Rooms available. I was like what. I made a reservation over a month ago, which is what reservations are for to hold the room. He said this happens all the time at this hotel and that it wasn't his problem. Then he got rude with me and told me to stop yelling at him, which I was trying to get the Managers name, which help didn't know and couldn't spell it and told me if I kept my voice high that he would hang up on me. This Hotel will never again receive a reservation from me again anywhere. This is not a way to treat any disabled person and guest. This Manager Sharon and the front desk man should be fired immediately. I also filed an official complaint with their Headquarter Offices as well. I recommend that no one staying in Naples in need of an ADA Room book a reservation at this hotel. WoodSprings Suites Naples West, located at 2600 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. I have never before been treated so disrespectfully by a hotel in Florida. I hope the Manager and the front desk man are fired for doing a horrible job and treating me as if I didn't matter. This was a disgusting experience! Alexander P.

Whatever you do… DONT. 12/27/25 we checked in. After coming back from dinner our room was CRAWLING with roaches. I have multiple pics… but I will attach one to this review. After going down to the front desk to ask for a refund… the front desk woman who was clueless texts her manager and tells me it’s not in their policy to refund for this. I said “it’s not in your policy to refund a customer because you can’t provide a clean, sanitary, not roach infested hotel?” She said “nope not in our policy”. I have children and we had to move hotels at 9pm at night because I refuse to bring back roach eggs/disgustingness back to my home. I called corporate… they said the manager has to approve the refund. I will be filing a BBB complaint. DONT DO IT.

Upon arrival, we were greeted at the check in and was provided a great customer service. The customer agent who spoke Spanish and English was apologetic of having the need to reprocess our reservation because Expedia did not notify us that the room we RSVP for our family stay was not available. The wood spring representative was very nice. Our family was then given two rooms during our staycation for Lacrosse events and the Paradise Sports complex and North Regional Park sports complex. Room 310 need service with the followings. 1. Refrigerator isn't working, it's does not get cold 2. The refrigerator makes a loud noise. 3. The shower drain makes a is very loud banging sounds keeping you up at night. It was not a comfortable stay. The rooms and walls are very thin, and you can hear all the loud banging sounds from other people. You have to pay $3 with a credit card to wash your clothes. As a mom, there were so many people in the parking lot just hanging out and smoking cigarettes, lingering around which made me feel uneasy especially with my young kids. The parking lots smelled like urine and trying to get in and out from door is almost impossible because people are constantly coming and going. The elevator is very slow. The dolly is broken with bad wheels and barely moved.

So i have been staying here for about a month. From the moment i walked up to the front desk i was treated so kind. Daniel Sue and Clyde have been totally amazing when I lost my Elsie they were very kind and sympathetic.anything I needed whether a key replace a broom a question answered they've all been nice. if I've had an issue they've been right there a big shout out to the friendly's I've never seen Daniel with the angry face at all he's always smiling always on point it's nice that the staff knows your needs. we're not in the greatest area of Naples. So their job sometimes is not the easiest. I can say that when those guys are working there is no worries. Also a shout out to an amazing GM Charlene she put together an amazing staff.

Never booking here again. No one was at the front desk to check in for almost 15 minutes. There was sketchy people in the parking lot, the lobby and by the elevator watching my every move. When I walked into the room, the smell hit me first. Then I realized how hot the room was. I tried to get the AC going and the room never cooled down. I was unable to shower because there were at least 3 spiders and dirt in the bathtub. The chair in the room was literally peeling, I didn’t even want to put my bags down. I ended up sleeping in my travel clothes and showering at the gym the next morning. I was so disgusted, I only stayed 6 hours because I needed the rest after a long drive and travel day. The best part was the location was close to where I needed to be the following day.

The rooms is nothing like in the picture. Once we enter the building I felt like we were in jail. They gave us the 3rd floor OMG the room smell like ten cartoons of cigarettes the furniture look like the dogs chewed it up. Went back she gave us the 1st floor the room wasn't bad but it was not worth the $200 we paid to stay only one night. I will not recommend this place to nobody. People live in the building and I really think they should keep it that way only for people who need to stay long term . Never will I stay there again

Checked in today for a two week stay. The main reason why we booked this was because of the extended stay amenities . There’s a nice little kitchenette, there is no cookware or silverware provided , absolutely nothing! No a single spoon, or cup or plate or pot , nothing ! There is not even a coffee machine in the room !! This is beyond ridiculous and it’s also false advertisement. On their website it specifically indicates that those things are provided! I spoke with the guy in the front desk , he was very dismissive, he just said ,” I know it says that we have it on the website, but we just don’t !” I paid $2500 for our two week stay , what a waste of money ! Very disappointed!
