We booked a room last minute here. Every staff member i came into contact with was so friendly and helpful. The property was extremely clean and smelled great. Our room was exceptionally clean. Fantastic job for the people who manage this property!

The only down side to my stay is that it was only 1 night! This is what every Hampton Inn should be like. It just FEELS different here. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and the amenities are top notch. I love the pool & outside area, the fitness center, and the location of the hot water/tea/coffee was perfectly located centrally but out of the way of the front desk.

We stayed one night at this hotel in room 312 and, as always, everything was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The cleaning ladies kept everything in excellent condition. The reception staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay at the Naples Hampton Inn again.

Best Hampton I’ve ever stayed at! The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Rooms are very quiet. Staff members go above and beyond, and every guest is treated like a VIP. Exceptional service!

This hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful! The staff is very attentive, accommodating, and professional! Jim was absolutely wonderful at the front desk. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect! The pool area had a really pretty lake behind it. The coffee bar was on point. They had plenty of market items and beverage choices if you come in late. Parking lot was well lit.

New property with friendly staff. I just couldn't get over having to pick up used qtips and other miscellaneous trash in the room. That along with broken fixtures etc. I'm a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many properties and this ranked near the bottom on cleanliness unfortunately. Edit: • Location South Naples newest Hampton inn next to Lamborghini dealership. • Front desk staff was advised 15min after check in. • Also responded via text from Hampton inn photos attached.

Valarie at the front desk was over the top!! She greeted us as though we were the best guests ever! After a long day of travel, she made us feel like we had arrived home. Thank you Valarie - oh, and recommended a great place to eat!

We had an amazing stay at the Hampton Inn Naples South! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff, especially Terry. Terry went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a huge difference and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. Thank you to Terry and the entire team at Hampton Inn Naples South for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! We stayed here six nights and had a great experience. Every staff member greeted us wherever we walked. The beds were comfortable. Our double queen room was a little tight with only one small, uncomfortable chair to sit in, but we didn’t spend that much time there anyway. We didn’t hear any of our neighbors. The location is conveniently located midway between downtown Naples and Collier Blvd (the road to Marco Island). Parking was plentiful. It’s next to a Culver’s if you need a quick meal. Breakfast was good with several protein options. Highly recommended.

I can only say BRAVO BRAVO, 1st impression by Lazaro at midnight - extraordinary customer after a frightful encounter at another location - the check in process was smooth and easy no hostility or issues was super THANKFUL that this HOTEL was exactly where it is. My room was super clean ready for me to relax and put an end to the early nightmare - slept comfy & welcomed by Terry with a Hello Beautiful People. The kind of words that gets your day started. I LOVE THE LOCATION as well and the pice is reasonable for all the amenities… My hotel choice in Naples. Relaxing by the pool & waterside a spectacular view for sure!!! Highly recommend!!! And BONUS PET FRIENDLY!!!??????????????
