Had a wonderful stay. We had to find a hotel fast due to an emergency. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and so helpful. Convenient location, right off interstate. We had the king bed room. Definitely recommend
I gave service a two because the front desk service stays behind a wall and there is no bell to get their attention. You have to yell out towards the room they are hiding in. There is always a 'Manager on duty' name on the wall but she's remote, never there. VICTORIA. And the first time I stayed here one gal at the desk would not wear a name tag. The attitude given by atleast two of the front desk persons is, "don't bother me." This is very disappointing for a Marriott branded hotel.
My room was pretty dirty end dusty. we had to clean it ourselves. Customer service staff was great when we got here. Food was okay. They just need to do a lot better on a cleaning and make sure there's no dust or dirt in the rooms. We've been sneezing in our room for 4 nights we stayed. Even take allergy medicine and it wasn't working. Don't know if I will pick this hotel on my next visit.
Very clean and right off of 75. Lobby smelled good when we walked in. Service was friendly. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast exceeded my expectations. My only issue was that the A/C unit was super loud and the tub/shower faucet was leaking all night. All in all a good stay.
Not happy with our stay here…the first night my daughter slipped in the shower. I knew this so I was being careful when I showered- I slipped once and then had a terrible fall and couldn’t move my body without soreness the entire next 2 days. The gave us a bath mat but they should already be in every room considering how dangerous the showers are. Back to the bath mat- it was moldy. So was the shower. The shower curtain was dirty and was making the whole room smell bad when it was wet. We ran out of conditioner and soap and the new conditioner given to use was in a visibly dirty container, like it was used in another bathroom and never wiped down or cleaned. Gross. We also had a do not disturb sign on the door because I was sick the last day and the staff was banging on the door and woke me up 3 times. They even opened the door one of those times despite my saying please don’t come in. I also was woken by the fire alarms and doors slamming all hours of the nice. If you want a clean and quiet place, go somewhere else. The only good thing it the beds were comfortable. We will never stay here again.
I was passing thru the area and stayed here overnight. I experienced an emergency that left me panicked especially because I was alone and miles away from home. The lady working the front desk (Shay) calmed my nerves and came to my rescue. She left me feeling assured and I was able to get a good nights rest before continuing on my journey the following day. Alicia was also quite helpful, when I encountered her at 6 a.m. the following morning. The hotel is clean, room was great, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. I would definitely patronize this location again.
I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Naples, right off the highway, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re traveling through the area or planning to explore Naples and the nearby surroundings. It’s close enough to everything you might need, yet it still feels very calm and peaceful — exactly what I was looking for. One of the highlights for me was the complimentary breakfast. Having it included made things so much easier, and the quality was excellent. A great way to start the day without having to worry about finding a place to eat first thing in the morning. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention — they were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to provide anything we needed. Their service really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Another small but very nice detail was the cookies at the front desk. Honestly, I loved them. Every time I went downstairs, I couldn’t resist grabbing a couple. It’s those little touches that make a place feel extra welcoming. The front desk service overall was excellent as well — very friendly and professional. The hotel itself is not very big, which is a good thing. It felt calm, quiet, and intimate, without the constant noise or crowd you might find in larger hotels. That peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping to find, and it made my stay even better. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located hotel in Naples, I definitely recommend this Fairfield Inn & Suites 100%. I left very satisfied and would happily stay here again.
I stayed here for work. The room was a good size, clean and nicely presented when I arrived. The included breakfast offered a variety of food options, similar to what you'd find at a Hampton Inn.

The beds are comfortable, very clean, cheerful staff, the breakfast was outstanding. . But some people on my floor were slamming doors all night and you can hear everything from running up and down hallway to slamming doirs all night. Also, it IS off the beatin path so not close to beaches or downtown. I stayed several nights and same story on slamming of doors. I kept tv on most of the time to block noise but it was bad. Maybe its a large fsmily running in snd out who knows
