The AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue is a stylish, modern hotel in a prime location near 5th Avenue, offering easy access to dining and shopping. Recent reviews suggest a mixed experience, with praise for the location, rooftop amenities, and cleanliness, alongside concerns about inconsistent service, outdated amenities for elite guests, and occasional housekeeping issues.
This is a beautiful hotel! One thing that I love is that there is no carpet in the rooms, so my allergies have been minimal. The staff has been wonderful, prompt, and accommodating to any requests. Also, the rooftop restaurant, Limon, has a great menu and Chef Alex does an incredible job!!! My sister is Celiac and he took the time to come and talk to her about gluten-free menu items! He was amazing and the food we ordered was delicious!! I highly recommend this place! 5/5 Stars!
What a lovely brand new hotel. I had an amazing night's sleep. The lobby was lovely. The The restaurant Limon was delicious. And I couldn't be more pleased that there are charging stations. My only critique is I didn't realize that until this morning the charginf station. I would have loved to be informed yesterday when they asked for the makeup model of my vehicle... So I could have charged 6 hours overnight.
We had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel Naples. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was impeccable from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which offered stunning views the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. I loved the thoughtful touch of the laver sachets provided for a relaxing evening wind-down. The overall ambiance was enhanced by the hotel’s delightful scent, which made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
It used to be great. I first came her 3 years ago and it was new and stellar. The staff then was great. As a titanium elite, I would get 2 free drink vouchers per day for the rooftop bar. Free beach lounge chairs. Front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Last year, I had to ask for thr vouchers and only had the bartender argue with me that they weren't real. This year, will probably be my last, which sucks because the location is excellent. Now? No free drink tickets. Beach lounge chairs are 15 a day as is a beach umbrella to rent. The carpet is terribly stained on floor 3. The front desk staff on all 4 days appears to be brand new and clueless. There has been a piece of food in the corner of the hallway for 3 days. There's been a ball bearing on the floor for over 2 days in the hallway, as no one vacuums them. I had to ask for my room to be turned yesterday at 4pm and the girl said it was too late in the day for the request, as I'd be gone golfing all day and it should have been done. It's a shame this place has fallen so far from how great it used to be.
????? (3/5) The AC Hotel in Naples, Florida is undeniably beautiful—modern, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We came from the Four Seasons and chose this hotel to finish out our spring break because of its convenient location near 5th Avenue, which made it easy to walk and enjoy Old Naples. The area truly is stunning, and the hotel has so much potential. Unfortunately, the service did not match the property. We traveled as a family of four and were repeatedly told we could not have more than three towels, and were only provided with two washcloths. On our first day, despite the hotel not being busy, we had to wait over four hours—and ask multiple times—just to receive bedding for the sofa bed for our children. When it finally arrived, the pillows were visibly soiled and had an unpleasant, unwashed smell. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned during our stay—floors were never mopped, surfaces weren’t wiped down, and it felt like only the bed was made. Additionally, we had no body wash or shampoo the entire trip, even after requesting it. I ultimately had to go out and purchase toiletries because we ran out of our own during the extended stay. The pool area also lacked attention, with trash left around the deck and tables not being cleared throughout the day. Another downside was the beds—they were very firm and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This hotel could be a great option for a business trip given its style and location, but it falls short for families expecting a higher level of service and comfort. I truly hope management improves operations because the convenience and setting are absolutely there.
I am currently staying at AC Hotel by Marriott Naples 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida from March 6–8 while celebrating my birthday, and unfortunately our first night was not the experience we expected from a Marriott property. When we removed the bed cover at night, we discovered a disposable dog waste bag inside the bed. The bag was clean, but it clearly should never be inside the bedding of a freshly prepared hotel room. Additionally, the bedsheets had visible hair on them, which made it appear that the bed had not been properly changed between guests. I immediately contacted the front desk, and housekeeping came to change the sheets. When the staff member arrived, I showed them both the bag and the hair on the sheets so they could see the issue directly. The sheets were replaced, and the difference was very noticeable, confirming the bed had not been properly prepared beforehand. While I appreciate that the sheets were replaced promptly, what has been disappointing is that no one from the hotel has offered even a simple apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Cleanliness and attention to detail are basic expectations when staying at a Marriott hotel. I hope hotel management reviews this situation and reaches out, as this level of housekeeping oversight and room cleanliness issue is not consistent with the standards I expect from a Marriott-branded property. Update: Updating to 4 starts from 2. After reporting the situation, the front desk apologized and removed one of the two nights from our bill, which I appreciated. Aside from the sheet incident, the rest of our stay was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located near 5th Avenue. I also want to highlight the rooftop restaurant, Limon, the service there was outstanding. We had breakfast there twice during our stay and couldn’t have been more satisfied. Overall, the remainder of the stay was great. Would I stay again? Yes. Had it not been for the sheet incident, this would have been a perfect stay.
Our stay at this AC Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The hotel itself is gorgeous, spotless and the location is prime. The front desk and the cleaning staff were amazing. We enjoyed using the gym and pool amenities daily during our 1-week stay. And we loved that they had golf cart service down to the beach. We visit Naples yearly and are making this our new spot!
Lovely hotel conveniently located near 5th Ave in Naples! Our king room with a sofa was not large, but was very clean and nicely appointed! The rooftop bar and pool area is really quite nice and a great place to grab a drink or relax in the sun! The staff has been incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. We live local and will definitely stay here again for a quick get away within walking distance of downtown!
We had such a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel on 5th ave. First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely GORGEOUS! Inside and out. We were attending an event just down the street on 5th ave so the location was incredibly convenient for us and the area was super safe to walk at night. We walked at 9:00pm and then back to the hotel around 2:00am. The avenue was well lit, as was the exterior of the hotel. We got a double Queen room with a balcony that was a wonderful surprise. The rooms were beautiful, the bathroom and shower were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the balcony's are non-smoking which I felt kind of defeated the purpose, but not a big deal. The other minor thing was the light out on the balcony was very bright and there was no switch to turn it off. Again, though, no big deal at all. We still enjoyed some time relaxing on the balcony before our event. Overall, we LOVED our stay at the AC Hotel on 5th ave and will definitely be returning!
Great front desk staff. Tons of parking. Room was quite spacious and clean. Loved the balcony wish we had a better view. The rooftop pool area was lovely. The restaurant was OK. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating however the wait time was not. The quality of the towels was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
