Excellent hotel. I recommend it! The hotel is elegant, clean and perfectly located in the heart of old Naples. It is just the right size to feel like at home. The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive. Shout out for Lisa, Armand and Mikael thanks to whom our stay was perfect! We will come back next year.

Their Buildings on both sides of the street could use a good pressure wash. Had a few small issues, called front desk multiple times,as well as room service, no answer? Went to check on front desk, people standing there ?? Tried 3-4x at different times. Never experienced that before. Our room could use a paint refresh. Been to many "High End" stays, for a 5 star rated experience, needs some attention. We were there when they had a Business group, very noisy, late at night, early in the morning. Other than that, great location, excellent restaurants, close to the Beach.

This was our second stay at the Inn on Fifth, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location is outstanding—right on Fifth Avenue and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Our room was spotless and ready right on time, which we really appreciated. The front desk receptionist was extremely polite and professional, and it was a pleasant surprise that he remembered us from our previous visit—it made the experience feel very personal. We also enjoyed the pool, which was very clean and well maintained. Overall, another excellent stay, and we will definitely be coming back again.

We were at this hotel last week and overall it was a wonderful stay. Location is incredible with walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We spent most of our afternoons relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the pool drink/food service. Food and drinks were very good. The hotel spa- We booked a couples massage treatment at the hotels spa, however, it was not very good. My husband and I both had very similar massages and they were not very good. Both individuals massaging us were bending our knees in an uncomfortable manner, massaging our faces/cheeks with oil without asking to do so. Squeezing and massaging our ears and ear lobes. They spent very little time massaging our neck or back despite asking them too. It was a very strange experience. What was worse was that an automatic 22% gratuity was added. We loved the hotel but the spa experience was very disappointing. Hopefully their massage therapists receive some additional training on what a masssge treatment should be. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Staying on the club side was amazing. Breakfast, light dinner and dessert is included. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Roof top hot tub was amazing. There was a lil noise due to some remodeling at the time we stayed but that's not normal. The concierge was great and using the valet to get around (1 mile radius which could of been a lil bigger) was so helpful. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone anytime.

I stayed at the Inn on Fifth for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The location could not be more perfect - right in the heart of downtown Naples, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to the beach. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure we had a great stay. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The amenities were top notch. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of my stay. It's beautifully maintained, peaceful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. I also made good use of the fitness center. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a great workout! Overall, the Inn on Fifth exceeded my expectations! Perfect location, excellent service, and wonderful amenities. I can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed — everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a recommendation. The central location made it so easy to explore the area, with shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

We just returned from a Father’s Day weekend stay at The Inn on Fifth, and I can confidently say that it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, thoughtful, and personal. Judi at check-in made us feel welcome right away, and Lisa and Armand at the concierge desk were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The valet team—especially Juan—was outstanding, always greeting us with a smile, shuttling us to and from the beach, making our comings and goings seamless. We stayed in a Club Suite, which was spotless, beautifully appointed, and well stocked with everything we needed. The Club Lounge offerings, including breakfast and snacks, were excellent and nicely presented. Due to my daughter’s peanut allergy, we weren’t able to enjoy the dessert options, but the staff made a point to tell us that if we let them know in advance next time, they would be happy to prepare an alternative. That level of thoughtfulness and accommodation really stood out and reflects the hotel’s overall commitment to guest comfort. The location, of course, is unbeatable—right in the heart of Fifth Avenue. The shuttle to the beach made getting there incredibly easy, though we also enjoyed walking it one day as well. Everyone we encountered at The Inn on Fifth went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit.

Had an exceptional experience at the Inn on Fifth. We were consistently greeted with smiles and friendly assistance from the front desk staff. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for excursions and dining. The room was spotless and luxurious and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful and serene pool and hot tub and the pool bar and food service. The location can’t be beat… right in the center of town. We plan to make this an annual trip. I highly recommend if you are considering a stay in Naples.
