Only stayed for a night but I will definitely try to stay here again. This property has many amenities, free parking, a good steak restaurant at the property, offers free shuttle rides to the beach, which is less than 10 mins away, plus complementary bikes. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Our stay at Hilton Naples was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. We were fortunate to enjoy an early check-in, which allowed us to start our special getaway earlier than expected. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and very friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with an elegant yet relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a few days away. One of the highlights of our stay was the attention to detail and outstanding hospitality. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, the hotel surprised us with a beautiful cake and a bottle of champagne delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration feel even more meaningful and memorable. We also enjoyed the pool area, which has a peaceful, tropical vibe and is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The location is another big plus — close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might want to explore in Naples. What truly stands out about Hilton Naples is the level of care from the staff. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in comfort, service, and hospitality. It’s a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a special celebration, or simply a relaxing escape in Naples. We left with beautiful memories and would absolutely love to return.

Our check-in was extremely pleasant & helpful. Her name is Teddy P. She asked questions to determine what we needed with our stay. So appreciated. She helped us with a billing error. And recognized my husband for his military service. She is a real asset to the company. We've never experienced customer service this wonderful before. Hats off to her!

Overall, we had a very nice stay at Hilton Naples. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service throughout our visit was excellent. I also really appreciated the beach transfer. The only downside was the condition of the room itself. While it was clean and comfortable, it could use some maintenance. The toilet was shaky, some hooks were coming loose, there was no working fan in the bathroom, and the sink drain area had some mold.

SHULA’s restaurant had amazing food and service. Server Ramona gave excellent breakfast service two days in a row. She was happy, positive and on it. She knew the toddlers needs, brought a booster seat, crayons and coloring for all the kids. The kids loved her. She was exceptional! The Hilton in Naples had excellent vibe. The server at poolside was friendly, chatty and checked in on needs. Overall our time at Hilton, Naples was fabulous. Highly recommend it. You can walk to coffee shops, beach and restaurants! Plus they have a beach shuttle! Thank you Hilton

For the life of me, I have no clue how this property gets such excellent reviews. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this is by far THE worse Hilton I’ve ever stayed at! We stayed for one night as we had a meeting the next morning. The property needs a renovation. Hallways and rooms feel like an outdated, cheap motel. Our room was filthy. The curtains had brown stains on them and it wasn’t ‘rust’. The carpet was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable given the mattress was so old and heavily dented. We went to Shula’s bar for a drink. The stools are literally falling apart. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Hilton Naples is a very pristine property to stay at if you are in the area. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The on-site restaurant had a scrumptious breakfast with a plethora of items on the menu. The outdoor pool and hot tub were heated and very well taken care of. Plenty of restaurants and shops within the area as well. would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyable stay - quiet, clean, and the beach shuttle was a nice touch. Heated pool and hot tub were great as were friendly and attentive staff. My only complaint is that they have a lot of events which can fill up the parking lot, leaving no space for guests to park. Overall, would highly recommend.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. The door to my room didn’t close tightly so any change in air pressure in the hall or my room would shake the door and it sounded like someone was constantly trying to break in. I could also hear the hallway pretty easily. The towels are hard and crusty, shower curtain gets soaked each time, but if you can ignore that the shower is pretty nice. Toilet paper is cheap. The bed was comfy. Coffee selection was minimal, and the light was flickering. The coffee machine they provide (with the cups they provide) fills the cup to the brim, no room for milk or anything. I couldn’t even remove the cup without spilling it. I was staying here with two buddies on a work trip and we all had differing experiences with our rooms heat/cooling. One room was freezing and couldn’t warm up, another couldn’t cool down/wouldn’t stay cool. Now probably the biggest grievance I have with this hotel is that they have no complementary breakfast - I mean what hotel anywhere doesn’t offer breakfast!?! The only redeeming quality of this hotel is Shula’s Steak House

Beautiful hotel. They did a fantastic job with the Christmas decoration in the lobby. The staff was super helpful. We asked about restaurants in the area. We got a room of help with that. We asked room service for new towels. We got it. The rooms were really nice. The beds were very comfy. The room was very quiet. The shower was nice. Hot with good pressure. Everything was better than expected. I highly recommend this place. We will be back..
