Love The Ritz in Naples. Great for families and couples. There is a family pool and an adult only pool so whether you are there with children or not you can only your time. The service is always spectacular. Love each and every time I have gone to The Ritz!
I am still shaking as I write this review. We booked a Two-Bedroom Ocean Club Suite with Club Lounge access at the Ritz-Carlton Naples weeks in advance specifically for my daughter’s birthday celebration. This was supposed to be a special trip, a memory she would cherish. Instead, it turned into an absolute nightmare thanks to the appalling behavior of Corey Breitwieser. We had confirmation in email — BLACK AND WHITE — showing our suite included club lounge access. Because we wanted to be absolutely certain this would cover all three of us (you know, given that we were driving all this way for a birthday celebration), I even called the hotel THIS MORNING to verify. Your staff reassured me that yes, they could see our booking, and yes, club access was included for all three guests. We had zero reason to think there would be any issue whatsoever. So you can imagine our complete shock when we arrived to check-in and Corey Breitwieser told us we had no club access at all. When we tried to calmly show him our booking confirmation and explain that we had literally just gotten off the phone with the hotel confirming everything, he became hostile and combative. But here’s where it gets truly unacceptable — he actually YELLED at my minor daughter. She was speaking in a completely normal tone, simply trying to show him the documentation proving he was wrong, and he had the audacity to tell her he “won’t bother speaking to her if she can’t have a cordial conversation.” Excuse me? MY daughter was being perfectly cordial. She’s a young adult trying to enjoy her birthday, not some unruly guest causing a scene. The only person who couldn't have a cordial conversation was HIM. The condescension, the dismissiveness, the complete unwillingness to look at the evidence right in front of his face — it was absolutely stunning to witness at an establishment that calls itself five-star luxury. We were essentially forced to leave. All that planning, all that driving, all that money completely wasted. My daughter's birthday was ruined. And for what? Because one employee couldn't admit a mistake was made and refused to honor what was clearly documented and confirmed? This is not how you treat guests. This is ESPECIALLY not how you treat a family celebrating a child's birthday. The Ritz-Carlton brand promises exceptional service and attention to detail, but what we experienced was the exact opposite: incompetence, rudeness, and a shocking lack of basic human decency. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the country and have never, EVER been treated this poorly. Absolutely horrific experience. We will never be back, and I will be making sure everyone I know hears about how we were treated. Completely unbecoming of any hotel, let alone one claiming to be among the finest in the world.
Our stay at the The Ritz-Carlton, Naples was nothing short of extraordinary, a true masterclass in hospitality and impeccable service at every turn. From the moment we arrived, we felt like honored guests. At check-in, we were graciously upgraded to a stunning king room with an ocean view and welcomed with a beautiful glass of wine — an elegant start to an unforgettable weekend. The evening began with sunset cocktails at Gumbo Limbo, where the Watermelon Cooler craft cocktail was as refreshing as the Gulf breeze. Watching the sun dip below the horizon with that drink in hand was pure magic. Dinner at Nolita, seated outside, with tasty burrata, crisp Caesar salad, and a perfectly prepared margarita pizza paired beautifully with a gorgeous Barolo. I enjoyed a tennis clinic at the Patrick Mouratoglou Tennis Center at the The Ritz-Carlton G Tiburón. Later, we returned to the beach for more Watermelon Coolers and lunch, where our outstanding server Faith elevated the experience with warmth and attentiveness. One special moment stands out. While waiting for dinner, I asked Carly at reception if it was possible to purchase the sparkling wine we received at check-in. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available for sale or so I thought. That evening, after enjoying beautifully crafted cocktails at the Lobby Bar accompanied by a talented live singer, we dined at The Grill. I have never felt more like a VIP. From artisan bread and decadent lobster bisque to an Allen Brothers dry-aged ribeye with green peppercorn sauce, au gratin potatoes, and asparagus with hollandaise — it was hands down one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. The piano entertainment, gourmet chocolates, and a single rose were such refined touches. Imagine my surprise when we returned to our room and found that Carly had arranged for the sparkling wine I loved to be sent up as a gift. I was beyond words. That thoughtful gesture perfectly embodies what makes this resort so extraordinary. Saturday morning’s champagne high tea was a true work of art. The Ritz-Carlton Naples is home to one of the only tea sommeliers in the world, and we were grateful for the opportunity to try Rare Champagne alongside exquisitely prepared tea sandwiches and pastries. Shannon expertly guided us through the tasting, while a violinist provided a beautiful soundtrack to the experience. There is still so much left to enjoy — lounging by the pool, sunset drinks and sushi at Dusk, dinner at Sofra — and yet we already don’t want to leave. Every restaurant, every interaction, every detail reflected flawless service and genuine care. I am officially a forever fan. Thank you, Ritz-Carlton, for a stay that redefined luxury and hospitality.
I wanted to get this review to Andrew Rogers (I believe he is the general manager). Our family had brunch this Sunday in the Nolita restaurant at your Naples Florida property. The food and atmosphere were as perfect as always (we've lived in Naples for 24 years), but the service was what compelled me to write this review. Our waitress was Marsha and she literally made our day. When we go to the Ritz we always feel like we are at the nicest mansion, with the best food, and amenities but today Marsha made that mansion feel like our home. Marsha's kind heart, enthusiasm, and charisma helped us have the best experience we've had so far at any of your properties. I do not want to hurt your F&B service team by taking her off the floor but I would be willing to bet her light would shine just as bright at the highest positions in your company (and this would blessing for your buisness in return). People can go anywhere to celebrate their special days. Food and atmosphere can only go so far. It's the people on staff, like Marsha, who can make it a truly memorable experience! To Mrs. Marsha - keep shining His light! We appreciate the joy you exude more than you know! God bless you!
Have been coming the past several years for a conference and will definitely be back next year! Sebastian at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful and would highly recommend dealing with him at check in. The grounds are very well kept and the property offers several great restaurants such as Gumbo Limbo, Sofra, and Nolita. 2 chairs on the beach are included with your stay and would recommend morning shelling walks.
We stayed at the Ritz on January 19th for a week. We were welcomed by Angie at the front desk. She made us feel so welcome and we had the most incredible experience! She checked with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The bellman forgot to put our coats in the car when we left the hotel for the airport and she made sure to check to overnight it to us by Fed Ex. Everyone was wonderful yet we would return for Angie as she sincerely made my birthday feel so special and gave us the best experience possible! I wanted to be sure to ask for her last name before we left and she said it is Carsolio. Such a gem! She is the reason we will return!!!! Great stay amazing experience! Best Kathy Share
This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at and im in my 70s and stayed at 100s. Everything you want or need is there, including the beach. We had 3 rooms and I admit it's pricey. But remember you only get what you pay for and you'll have many memories from the many photos and videos you'll take. There was only 1 glitch during our week's stay. The 10 of us went to dinner together one night and the waitress must have been new. She got our orders wrong, forgot one of the orders so he had to wait 20 minutes for his while the rest of us ate the delicious food and then although we had to laugh the waitress accidently dropped a drink and it fell on our daughter-in-law who was upset because she bought that dress for the occasion and spent over $200 for it. We didn't inform the host or Mgr because we knew she'd get fired and we didn't want n to that to happen. We got a few more drinks into her and everything was good. Lol. It's a great place for your vacation so come on down
At the beginning of another stay at what is probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are amazing the restaurants fantastic (Gumbo Limbo is so fun and delicious) and it cannot be overstated how friendly the staff is. It’s a luxurious hotel, appropriately priced, and if you can, I highly suggest staying here if you are ever in Naples.
Ritz Carlton Beach Resort of Naples, Florida | Heaven’s Paradise!!!! There is honestly no other way to describe our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and well done. The property is beautiful, the service is genuine, and there’s a calm, relaxed energy throughout the resort. Mornings were our favorite . Early coffee, quiet walks around the property, and time by the water really set the tone for the day. The beach was great (literally swam with dolphins all around us), breakfast by the pool was simple and enjoyable, and seeing dolphins swim by was a fun surprise. We wrapped things up with dinner at Gumbo Limbo and left already talking about when we’d come back. It’s a special place and absolutely worth the trip.
JAYSHAM at the front desk I believe he’s a supervisor is amazing, Steven the Bell Man is amazing, Alan at the beach is amazing. Watson is amazing. Clements in the Grill is amazing. Everything is amazing. We are so happy. We love it here so very very much. Thank you for all that you do. The rooms are amazing. The food is amazing. The sunset is amazing. Everything is amazing. Great job. Also, Fabio and the Grill restaurant is amazing
