We recently hosted our daughter’s graduation party at the Hyatt House Naples and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the entire event went smoothly. A special thank you to Tracy, the event planner, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, organized, attentive to details, and genuinely cared about making the event special for our family. We had around 50 guests and received so many compliments on the venue, service, and overall atmosphere. Highly recommend Hyatt House Naples for anyone planning a family event or celebration.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to restaurants and 5th Avenue, and only about a 15-minute drive to the beach. The pool area was one of our favorite parts — large swimming pool, bar, beautiful atmosphere, and a nice view of the river. There is something special about sitting there and watching the planes passing over the hotel as they prepare to land. For some people this might be a downside, but for us it was actually fun and added character to the stay. It did not disturb our sleep at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back ????

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms are stunning, the views are absolutely incredible, and there is so much to do around the hotel that you never run out of things to enjoy. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal with so many great options, and the pools were beautiful and relaxing. One of my favorite touches was having waitresses bringing drinks right to the poolside, it truly felt like a luxury experience. Every single detail about this hotel was amazing, and the staff made the entire stay even better. We left extremely happy and already can’t wait to come back!

We've been working in the area and just finished our fourth visit to this lovely hotel. My husband and I loved every aspect of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and the views of the marina are gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious and bountiful. The most amazing part however is the service. Everyone we encountered was delightful and knowledgeable. Suzette at the front guest is so lovely, she's an integral part of what makes Hyatt House so special and we appreciate her so much. Rebecca at the bar is delightful. Such a lovely experience and we can't wait to return.

We were here in Mid April 2026. We were first greeted by the girl at the front desk with a great smile and laugh.Her name was Tamara, and I asked because she was so sweet and friendly. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a long walk to the room, so you may want to ask for a room near the elevator. The room was great and more important it was Clean. The women doing house keeping were even friendly as we passed by them in the hallway. The view of the water was very nice. The bed was comfortable but I didn't care for the pillow. Other than that, it was a great room. We had a question regarding people we were meeting and another sweet woman at the front desk, Suzette was able to help and she was very friendly to my wife and I. In the afternoon we had a lunch pool side and the food was good. We had breakfast in the morning there and it is a very nice spread. Just about something for everyone. I didn't hear one complaint about the food from our group. This is an extremely well run hotel with great staff, a gem! Hope everyone enjoys this Hyatt as much as we did.

I will be back! What a wonderful hidden gem! Located right across from Tin City and a quick ride to the beach and 5th Ave. The pool was beautiful and overlooked a river. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. Oh! Free breakfast too! Loved my stay!

What a beautiful experience!! I highly recommend everyone to visit peaceful Naples and stay at the Hyatt. The hotel is clean, the room was perfect and had everything we needed. The view from our room was to the water and it was simply relaxing. The hotel is in perfect location (a walking distance from the 5th Ave), or 2 min drive.. a big thank you to DJ from the front desk for welcoming us and suggesting “Grappino” - a great spot for breakfast/lunch. Would love to visit again! ??

We came for four days during Christmas’ brake. The room was clean great mattress but pillows were small and unfriendly. No free water bottles. The TVs had old channels with no internet access or streaming services. We tried the restaurant and it was average. There is a large pool but we didn’t try it. It was close to 5th Ave and shopping area. Next visit we may try a different hotel

I enjoyed the stay where you can look up from the pool and watch the planes from the Naples airport take off and land. Yes there is the noise pollution from the airplanes along with some magnificent views. The room was nice with an outdoor seating area for 2. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub along with boat rentals right on site. I k ew someone in the area that allowed for me to be picked up on the water and watch the sunset from the gulf. Amazing. They have a workout room and restaurant along with free breakfast. Yes laundry on the 3rd floor great machines to wash the sand off from the beautiful beaches. You will pay for parking $27 a day in covered garage. You can rent bikes on site where the front desk will provide helmets. Definitely stay here again walk to many restaurants

The location is perfect. The hotel clean and full of amenities. From the pool to the gym area everything was great. The only negative thing was the included breakfast it was honestly so bad (quality/taste) that we could not eat it.
